“Delicious vegan donuts! Staff working the counter are always friendly, and quick to serve. Flavors rotate, but I believe the donuts are all made from the same base, then topped differently. Chocolate covered strawberry is not one to miss !Dietary restrictions: Vegan donuts! Sometimes offering gluten free as well I believe“

“Consistently a top spot for baked goods. Long Island has a huge population of bakeries but I highly suggest hitting this spot up (or their Bellmore location). My litmus test is rainbow (tri-color) cookies, if they're good then most everything else will be and they've got some good rainbow cookies.“

“Soo I stopped coming here awhilee ago because no one knew had to make an iced coffee with 1 milk/little milk… (you’d think that’s pretty simple right?) I just recently came by here a few times in the AM during the week & it’s new employees since I last have been here. There is usually a blonde girl there that definitely is a hustler. She’s always on top of her game & I haven’t had a problem with my ice coffee. She’s always trying to get peoples orders out asap (as this location is pretty busy, there is usually a line in the AM) . She deserves a raise & some better helping employees! Hard to find hardworking people like her.“

“01/21/2024Very convenient for me to come here for my tea time and my hike to the beach side via Division Av down South there. Unfortunately the beach at South end of Division Av is rather private, I don't know why. But at least I found my picturesque opportunity on my 70-minute jog from Sunrise Highway and Broadway Massapequa, down the beach side there and back, and me holding the cup of hot Pistachio latte bought from Starbucks. This photo opportunity is pretty enought that I haven't done before, as of my New Year 2024 resolution and incoming Lunar New Year.“

“Kind & happy workers, they smiled and greeted me. They always have hot & perfectly crispy fries and I even got a couple extra nuggets in my 20 piece. I got the neatest Big Mac burger I've ever received from any location. They always keep it so clean in the restaurant. The pickup was super quick, I only waited around 5-8 minutes to receive my food after placing the order in the app, even when there was a bit of a line at the drive through. I don't recall ever having any ordering problems from this location unlike other locations. I don't get Mcdonald's often but this will be my favorite location to go to after work or shopping in the area! <3Parking: Plenty of parking spots and they even have a row of curbside pickup spots“

“I was never in this Dunkins before until the other night, I figured it would suck like most of the Dunkins on LI these days, serving non-fresh old food and old donuts that aren't even made on premises anymore but trucked in from Queens or whatever. Really d**** However, I dunno about the bad reviews here otherwise, but this Dunkins I was told by the manager has been here a long time, and, it's 24 hours and most aren't now, and, they still have a full stock of donuts, munchkins, etc., at all hours, and they still had my fave old Dunkin donuts the fantabulous, ass-kicking Marble Frosteds which none of the other ones even offer anymore, for some d*** reason, given they used to be some of their most popular donuts!! Corporate really screwed up badly on that one, and also nobody wants to wearily pull into a good Dunkins only to be given a chocolate honey-dipped with almost no glazing on it! The whole point is that it's HONEY DIPPED. That's how it usually is now, and it sucks a*** LI doesn't even have a goddamned Krispy Kreme, so it's not like there's any competition, and Mister Donut closed decades ago now. The one in East Meadow was once damned good. But somehow, if you find a good solid 24 hour Dunkins like this one, they still have a huge selection, and I got three of those Marbles and a coffee, and the donuts were fresh as can be, and just like I stepped back into the Dunkins of 1985 or whatever! I was amazed. If only all the locations were still this good. I dunno about the service here, it didn't look that dirty or anything, but I was thrilled it's 24 7, and actually offered a full range of donuts. This never happens anymore. The only other good 24 hr. Dunkins that I know of is the Port Washington location near the LIRR, which is about as good as this one and very busy, and their customer service is quite good, too. Thank God at least some Dunkins like this still exist. I wonder though, for how long. I'm giving this Massapequa one 5 stars just for the fresh and plentiful donuts alone! I guess they don't bake on premises here, but at least the stuff was fresh and stocked up, so, I'm coming back here again for sure when I'm in the area. Plenty of parking due to its being in a huge strip mall area.“
