“I ordered my drink ahead on the app. When I arrived at the drive thru, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Each car must have waited at lease 7-8 minutes each to place and receive their order. I don't have any idea what was happening, but overall I waited 20, yes 20 minutes to get to the window to get my drink. This happens alot at this particular location for some reason. When I got to the window, the guy was extremely nice, but absolutely no apology or explanation of what took so long. The location was Sunrise Highway in Bellmore, NY“

“Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.“

“Very small coffee shop. Has six seats inside and some outside. Good service who wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. The drinks come faster than the food so if there is a line the wait may be a little bit. They also have Tea and Matcha. Nice coffee shop music. Ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. Buddy got the Thai Tea and did not particularly enjoy it.“

“Just went to Greek City Grille and ordered the chicken souvlaki platter with lemon potatoes. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and the lemon potatoes were absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and the place was so clean and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be coming back!“

“I stopped in to Emilia’s Bakehouse Café on Walt Whitman Rd in Melville yesterday (they have another location in E. Northport) and boy, was I glad I did! I entered into a well-lit shop filled with pastries, scones, cookies, brownies, croissants, breads and quiches, etc. and was greeted with enthusiasm and a smile by 2 attractive young ladies. It was a great vibe just being there, very stress relieving. The chocolate brownie is perfection in texture and taste! The scones and peanut butter coconut power bites are delicious! Their organic Colombian coffee is the bomb, and you can get it with your favorite milk - for me it’s Oat Planet oat milk. Stop in, it’ll make your day! A feast for the eyes and tastebuds :)“

He made my daughter a cotton candy milkshake which she absolutely devoured. I had a flavored coffee which was delicious. From the black and white checkered floor to the murals on the walls, the vintage looking tables and chairs to the fun gelato display case (which was nice and low for little ones to be able to choose from) the decorated garage door which let in so much light to the retro cola display fridge, everything was so well thought out and just a lot of fun.
