“Today I went to pick up a coffee that I ordered through the app. My drink was brought out in 3 minutes, and I got into my car, backing out of the spot. I see the kind man who handed me my coffee wave his arms and try to get my attention, so I rolled down my window. He said "Ma'am I forgot to put the espresso shots in your coffee, stay right here and I'll be right back." In 10 seconds he came back out and was so apologetic. For a dunkin' donuts on a main road, at 7 in the morning, I could really and truly appreciate his honestly and kindness. He ran out in 30° weather without a jacket to fix my drink - service you wouldn't get anywhere else. Only in Massapequa Park do you get such kind people!“
“Great customer service, the food has been pretty good, we ordered in person and online (get your rewards through the app and scan at the store to add points) I ordered the bacon and egg on a roll, delicious hot coffee. I also tried the chicken salad on a egg bagel with a raspberry Snapple. My son order a egg, paper jack cheese and ham on a everything flagel (flat bagel)“

“I walked in around 12 on Easter Sunday looking for a great cake to bring over my aunts house. I was looking for a place open that late and found a spot right near my house i never knew existed. I am so happy i found this bakery because the cake i purchased was outstanding! I will be coming back again for sure!! I was very impressed by how clean the bakery was and how kind the staff member was who helped me. I will be coming back!“
“Saturday evening dinner without a reservation. Walking in, my eyes immediately gravitated to the pictures of the owners and the many celebrities that have eaten and visited there before. The bar area is very nice and large, with TVs playing sports and news. We were greeted, welcomed and seated immediately. The dining area is very large and decorous. The tables large enough to sit us all. My cousin-in-law and his family frequent the restaurant and he practically knows everyone there, so as we sat, we were introduced to the owners and pretty much about a half dozen waiters and other staff members. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. As expected with all family style restaurants, the tables are very close to one another but positioned in a way that still allowed for ample space for you to move and sit comfortably. When we sat, there were hardly any people there, but within an hour it was full of patrons and large families. It was loud, but manageable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I haven't had true traditional family style Italian food in a long time. From the Fried Calamari and cold antipasto appetizers, to our Veal Parmigiana, Penne allá Vodka with Shrimp and prosciutto entrees. Paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo Napa, I truly enjoyed my meal. I haven't enjoyed food this good in a long time. My girls shared a huge plate of Chicken fingers and fries, and they loved it. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to dine here. You won't regret it. Thank you for a great meal and patronage.“
“My absolute favorite coffee shop!! I am in the hard bean at least twice a week and I have had nothing but great experiences! The coffee is consistently good, and the food items are always fresh. The service is outstanding and the staff is always kind and attentive. I typically bring my laptop and stay for a while to get some work done, and this is a great place to do so. The WiFi is great and the atmosphere is always very calm. I love that when I go I am supporting a local family business that is hardworking and dedicated to what they do. I also got the punch card and my 8th coffee was free! Great touch for frequent flyers in the Merrick area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some good coffee in Nassau county!“
“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.“
“Cute little local coffee spot right across from the train station. They have a ton of options available when it comes to any kind of flavor you could want with your coffee, I opted for their drip with raspberry, which was absolutely delightful. If you don't do your drip right, there's no way you do anything else well, so this is a good sign for my return trip! They offer several teas and an assortment of baked goods to eat as well, if coffee isn't your thing. Staff was very friendly and service was quick to boot. There are a bunch of tables inside and out if you choose to stay awhile, but it is limited and the place seems to fill up pretty quick. Plenty of parking close by either on the street or in the municipal lots in back of the building.“
