“Dear Starbucks Team, I’m writing to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness and support I received from one of your incredible employees today, September 21st, at your location 1700 sunrise highway i While waiting in the drive-thru line to receive my coffee, my car suddenly broke down. I was completely panicked, blocking the entire line, and my heart was racing as I tried unsuccessfully to restart the car. To my surprise, no one from the line behind me offered to help I felt completely alone in that moment. Then, to my absolute relief, a Starbucks employee came outside and offered to help. She didn’t hesitate this strong and determined woman pushed my car all by herself, without any assistance from anyone else in line. I was in disbelief at her strength and kindness. While I was on the phone with the tow company, still overwhelmed and shaken, this same employee returned a few minutes later with a coffee and a tall glass of water. She could clearly see I was distressed and went out of her way to bring me some comfort in such a stressful moment. Unfortunately, in all the commotion, I did not catch her name. I also didn’t get the chance to go back into the store and thank her personally, as the tow truck arrived quickly and I had to leave. I deeply regret not being able to express my appreciation in person, so I hope this message reaches her. Please let her know how truly grateful I am not only for her help but for her compassion and thoughtfulness. It’s not every day you encounter someone so selfless and caring, especially in such an unexpected and vulnerable moment. She went far above and beyond her job, and her actions meant more to me than I can put into words. You should be incredibly proud to have such a remarkable individual representing your team. “I'm glad they shut down the old location and moved here. It's much better with the drive thru and more spacious interior. Donuts are always fresh and tasty. Do yourself a favor and try the Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate.

(Also, did anyone notice the putrid smell emanating from the old location?)“

“We recently visited the area for six days and ate here four of those six days 😂(would’ve been all six had we found it earlier!) Amazing food, great people, and loved their fresh hibiscus tea! Cannot beat the $7.99 lunch price either! 🤩 Highly recommend!“

“Really great local spot and definitely worth checking out. It’s a family-run coffee and pastry shop with a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to sit down, relax, and enjoy your time there.

The pastries are fresh and there’s a great variety to choose from. They also have a great drink selection ranging from everything from well-made coffee, matcha, teas, and refreshers, so there’s something for pretty much everyone.

What stood out to me just as much as the food and drinks was the service. The staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The whole place has a comfortable, cozy vibe without feeling overly crowded or rushed.

Overall, it’s the kind of neighborhood spot you want to see do well. Good coffee, fresh pastries, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping by and supporting a local family-owned business.“

“Very small coffee shop. Has six seats inside and some outside. Good service who wants to make sure you get exactly what you want. The drinks come faster than the food so if there is a line the wait may be a little bit. They also have Tea and Matcha. Nice coffee shop music. Ordered the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. Buddy got the Thai Tea and did not particularly enjoy it.“
