Dunkin' is a popular spot with super friendly staff who always make sure to get orders right. The store prides itself on accommodating special requests and providing high-quality food and drinks. The attentive and helpful staff make customers feel valued, with many regulars appreciating that their usual orders are often ready upon arrival. However, there have been some issues with the opening time, with the staff claiming the oven is not ready, which some customers find frustrating.
The reviews highlight the fast service, delicious menu items like the Mango Pineapple Refresher, Munchkins, and the new S'mores Donut, as well as the kind and friendly staff, especially the morning crew. Customers appreciate the staff's attention to detail, such as customizing orders without pepper or hot honey, and remembering regulars' names. Many consider this Dunkin' the best in the area, praising the overall experience. The atmosphere is described as calm and relaxing, with the air conditioning and music adding to the enjoyable experience.
