Had a wonton soup for lunch. Broth was nice, not like the canned boullion so many take outs give to save time and cut corners. Wontons were firm and tasty, showing extra care taken in the kitchen. Seems like it's a family run restaurant. I'll beback for those Chinatown dishes pictured above the counter.
Quintessential Chinese take out establishment. What are the criteria for the old school OG Chinese "Restaurant" that your Grandparents and Great Grandparents used to patronize way back in the Day. First is be in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Small store front with a few old wooden tables that no on used unless they were sitting waiting for their take out order to be done. What a delicious meal I had for lunch at this restaurant. I have been wanting to come here for a while now and today was the day. I usually go to the camera shop a few doors down in this strip mall. It's an easy in and out off the main road and just a short hop to the parkway. The shop looks small from the outside but don't let that fool you.
