“It’s always a pleasure to have Chris as your server at this location. If you have any questions about the food, drinks or anything on the menu Chris is your guy. This is our second time coming to this location and Chris has taken care of us both times. When you walk in through those doors ask for Chris.“
“Love this restaurant! The duck is outta this world! It’s family style so up to to 5 people can share it. I’ve been there several times and it’s delicious every time. Alex is very attentive to the needs of his guests and the service has always been great. This place is a gem- and the take reservations!Kid-friendliness: Very relaxing atmosphere“
“My girlfriend and I were walking around Huntington looking for food when we found Wok & Roll. From the second we walked in to the second we left, we loved it. The staff was super nice, the food was amazing and the decor was pretty sweet too. The food is cooked fresh and to order. 10/10 will be coming back and would recommend every time. Make sure to get the rainbow cookie egg rolls when you go!“
“I ordered food to go for myself (vegan) and my boyfriend (non vegan). The vegan food was delicious, I ate the vegan tonkatsu and vegan buffalo wings.I saved my sesame hot pot to eat with my boyfriend who also got a soup (braised beef).I had ordered a small (I believe that's the only size the sesame pot comes in), so when I unpacked the food at home, I took the container that was filled less since they weren't labeled. It was the beef soup. I ate an entire piece of beef thinking it was vegan beef until I realized the texture was off. I am disgusted as I haven't eaten cow in 13 years. The food was delicious and the service was lovely. I will go back at some time but please, Veggie Express, label your vegan food especially your soups.“
“Red Chop sticks in my new favorite Chinese takeout! The egg-rolls and wantons were unique in that the dough tasted of egg. Like they were freshly made.Wantons were much larger than other places and filled with a lot of meat. The entrees we ordered Spicy Chicken and Garlic Chicken combo platters were great too. They made them with more spicy for us.Garlic Chicken was especially good tasting and it included larger than usual mini corn cobs.Red Chopsticks elevates Chinese take out steps above the rest. We can’t wait to order again.“
“One of the friendliest places I have been too. I am a vegetarian and they took time to explain what was vegetarian. The service is surpassed only by the food. I surely recommend to try the place once. The soup is something I loved the most. The Schechuan dumplings were excellent too among other items.Vegetarian options: See my comments. We are vegetarian and liked the food and service.“
“Writing to give a huge shout of thanks to John La Rosa. On a whim and a last minute decision to celebrate a birthday on a busy Friday evening; John put me at ease with navigating a catering order for our family. His recommendations and concerted effort to ensuring I stayed within my budget made ordering a breeze. He lifted what could have been a stressful last minute ask to one that was easy peasy. Greatly appreciative of all his efforts. Mogu will always be a place of consideration for our next family event.“
“In town for a business trip and decided to order from this restaurant. I got the Bacon & Vegetable Fried Rice and the Braised Beef Flank with Potato. OMG they were super delicious! I'm definitely going to order from this restaurant again. You can tell this restaurant pays attention to the small details, even the bag I got the food in is a very nice personal touch.“
“I was really impressed. When I was told I wad being taken to a thai restaurant, I expected the usual indian curry fusion most Thai places offer. I began getting disappointed as I reviewed the menu, not understanding what spices it would contain or look like.Once I told our happy waitress that it was my first time, she was so glad to assist. I saw other patrons dinners and the couple at the table next to us made recommendations too.Though I didnt get photos of everything before we devoured it, I must say this is a GEM! Fresh, tasty and more than what the menu states. Dont be afraid if it says beef and noodles. You'll get a tastier mix than that. The stinky tofu was a flavor not average for Americans but there was so much it is a meal in itself! Definitely a partner needed to share.Chicken wad tender, so was the beef. We will be back“
“Sakana is fantastic and never fails to deliver. We order takeout once a week if not more frequently and the sushi is always fresh and best of all it’s extremely consistent. Cindy is amazing and works hard to make sure orders are correct and made on time. This is our go to when we have guests and have only positive things to say about the food! I love that they have Japanese as well as Chinese, nothing like a few california rolls, some shrimp tempura, and some general Tao Chicken- always a hit!! Can’t recommend this family owned business enough!“
“Awesome food! Awesome drinks! Great service. Best mojitos and I complain about every place that makes my mojitos. They make them perfectly here every time. The wasabi chips are a wonderful surprise. Lovely ambiance. Definitely try the shrimp pops and sushi platter. We have been there several times and everything is delicious. The General Tso's chicken is slightly spicy and juicy. The dim sum sampler is a great introduction to figuring out what you like. The fried rice with bone marrow was definitely something unique to try. If you are looking for a great dining experience you have to try this place out.“
“5 stars all across the board! All I have to say is, WOW! Love the energy and atmosphere! Family owned business and you can tell they take pride in their work! The food is always so fresh and tasty! The quantities are always perfect and the taste is always on point! Seating area is small, but usually clears out fairly quick! Wish we had more establishments like this one here! My favorite is the Hakka chicken with brown rice!!“
“Went with another couple started off with chicken lettuce wraps and 2 different types of dim sum. The waiter brought out the lettuce wraps first and when we finished the last bite the first order of dim sum came out, shumai which was delicious and then after we finished those dumplings the next set of dumplings came out. Timed perfectly so everything was fresh out of the oven. Main courses we had General Tso, Sesame chicken, Mongolian beef and Mongolian chicken. Everything was great least favorite was sesame chicken a little bland but still good best for me was Mongolian beef. Highly recommended a little pricey but worth it.“
“I have been going here forever!!! I adore this place. The food is always so fresh and good! They have cut their hours down to Wednesday to Saturday but well worth the wait. My favorite entree is sesame chicken but everything I’ve ever had here is super good!“
“Recently moved into the area. Having been trying to find a Chinese place with edible food. This must be the fifth place we tried. I wish it was the first. The food is tasty, and the restaurant is clean. Will be my go-to Chinese food from now on. Now, if I could just find a solid bagel place and pizzeria in the area, I'd be set.“
“Public service announcement: get the egg rolls ASAP! They're a new twist to it where they add black pepper and it truly is a game changer. These amazing folks were open new year's day, we devoured general tsos (WOW!), wonton and egg soup, and competitive pan fried pork dumplings. Everything was beyond mouthwatering, this spot is the best chinese is most of the surrounding area.“
“Sooooo good! Finally! A great, consistent Chinese take out - with kind customer service too!! We've been several times now and everything is good!! Order your favorite dish - I promise it will be best you've had in a long time. My husband likes shrimp with lobster sauce. Everyone makes it so watery now and no flavor. Not Asian House. Nice thick flavorful sauce and big fresh shrimp! Crab Rangoon is light and fresh and lots of filling. Great wings! Love the moo shu pork. Sesame chicken is never dry like others. Always fresh and delicious and handed to you with a smile and genuine appreciation.“
“I'm an avid sushi lover and always like trying new places. This was my first time at MoCA. The ambience and decor were nice. I love the design of the seating area and bar. Booths were super spacious and comfortable. My husband and I ordered 2 appetizers (Mini Rolls and Indian Pancakes) and 2 specialty rolls (American Dream Roll and Baja Roll). Everything was delicious, just wish the rolls were a little bigger. Definitely on the smaller side compared to tons of other sushi restaurants I've been too. Honestly, we were still hungry after that. So order more than you think. We were going to order the Mille (Green Tea) Crêpe Cake but they ran out for the night. Looked really promising though. For cocktails I first ordered a margarita and I feel bad saying this but, it was one of the worst margaritas I've ever had and my husband agreed. It didn't taste anything like a margarita, and it was sour and just weird. However, the waitress was nice enough to switch out my drink and I ended up ordering a Jalapeño Mango Martini instead, which was delicious. Overall everything was good just wish the sushi had a bigger serving.“
“I get takeout from Nice Day at least twice a week. I’ve had a lot of Chinese in my life, but what makes Nice Day stand out is the more traditional dishes (DIY pot) which always come with fresh ingredients and I love the option to try the different sauces. I don’t leave reviews often, but I felt obligated bc it’s really a top tier spot. They also have a great rewards program if you download the app and it’s easy to use. Food comes out fast and they are nice people :)“
“General Tso Chicken - 9.5/10. Crispy, light sauce, not too sweet, not much corn starch which made the sauce liquidity and bottom chicken soggy. Still very delicious.Curry chicken. 10/10. Superb cooking technique, chicken very tender, veggies blanched just right. Flawless execution. Must order.Beef with garlic sauce 9.5/10. Beef very tender, cooking technique very well. Broccoli slightly over blanched, but still crunchy, rest of veggies cooked well. The negative 1/2 pt is for too much red food coloring dye, it’s a bit too much. This place rates a solid 4.8/5.0. Very impressed and wish it was closer. 25 min drive away.“
“Hands Done, Bar NONE, the Absolute Best Chinese food this side of Beijing...The quality of the dishes and ingredients are superior to EVERY other spot serving this cuisine.Great place, great people who run it and work there, plus it'sExtremely Reasonably Priced...Mings is the GOAT!!!“

“Such a wonderful spot in the south Huntington / Melville area. The staff were all so inviting and the restaurant was beautiful and clean. The food was great. Started with the lobster tacos. Really good amount of lobster, good crunch, and the sweet mango sauce was a good combination. For my main, I got the Farmingdale roll. The combo of the spicy yellowtail, and the pepper tuna and pepper salmon worked so well. I really enjoy the peppered fish. The sauces on top weren't overpowering either. This really is a nice spot to go. Great for a casual sit down or even a date night.Parking: Lots of parking.“
“One of the best tasting, freshest sushi spots I've been to yet.I order out here at least 2 times a month, and I've never been disappointed by ANY of the food. The regular rolls are great, the special rolls are perfect, and the appetizer or small plates are fantastic. One of my absolute favorite rolls was the pepper tuna. Try it, you won't be disappointed.Parking: Small lot at the restaurant and extra night lot across the street.“
“First time going here, walked in and placed a decent sized order ($110.00) and was told 40 minutes. On the expensive side and long side of wait times for Chinese food, but ok. Wound up waiting 57 minutes for food to come out. They seem to need more help. All that being said, all the food that we ordered was fresh and delicious. On the expensive side for the portion size, but I would definitely go back as well as recommend this place.“
“Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. The menu was a delightful journey through authentic Chinese cuisine, offering a variety of dishes that cater to every palate. We decided to try the dumplings and the Kung Pao chicken, and both were simply out of this world - the dumplings were perfectly steamed with a juicy filling, while the Kung Pao chicken was the right balance of spicy and savory. What really set this place apart was the attentive and friendly service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. The decor was traditional with a modern twist, making for a cozy yet elegant setting. Overall, this restaurant is a gem that offers an authentic taste of China right in our neighborhood. Highly recommend for anyone looking to satisfy their Chinese food cravings!“
“One of the best! Always amazingly tasty and well prepared food. Portions are generous and the service is excellent. A beautiful decor that's both relaxing and classy. Albert is a gentleman, and his experience and professionalism make for a wonderful experience.“
“Sauerkraut chinese fish. This cuisine is generally for fresh of the boat Chinese people. But over the last few years, it has steadily gained popularity amongst non Chinese and even non Asians. I can't even explain what the taste is like aside from it being maybe lemongrass and spicy at the same time. The bowl is filled with random veggies, spices, and, of course, your choice of fish or even duck blood. This spot is located inside the food court of 99 Ranch Market. The prices are reasonable ($12.95), and the employees are nice. They also serve Malatang. Those that don't know, look it up. When you pay with cash, you get a free drink (yellow colored fruit tea)“
“The food is good, the music is just too loud . Because the server is wearing a mask, with the music so loud. We can't hear her, and she didn't understand us. But when we got it together, the food is good. They give you a lot for the money.“
“This is the place you are looking for if it's eggrolls, lo mein, fried rice, spare ribs, orange/sesame chicken and the like. Everything I've had off their menu is always on point. Order's never wrong, either. They are not cheap, but who is right now? The fact that the food is this good and it's always the same level of quality to a very high degree makes the price is worth it...for now. I can't say the same if their prices keep going up or the quality goes down even a little, they are unfortunately at a tipping point. It's a little hard to justify 50 to 60 dollars for two adults and two young kids to get not a ton of stuff.Parking: Average sized lot, if busy there are adjacent lots too.“
“Anzai is by far the best sushi restaurant! I order from them frequently and am never disappointed. The food is always fresh and so delicious, and the workers are all very nice. Every time I go to a different sushi restaurant, I always find Anzai to remain my favorite. Go to Anzai, you will not be disappointed!“
“I deliver regularly for many places but rarely try their food. This takeout is the way takeout used to be. I had the Cantonese Pineapple Chicken and the Soup Dumplings. Outstanding. You can definitely tell the difference when things are made in house from scratch. Please try this place!“
“I've tried a few asian restaurants near me and none really "hit the spot" so we searched nearby towns and found a recommendation for here and glad we did because everything was delicious. They gave us homemade donuts that were so amazing. It's definitely one of my go to takeout places now.“
“I never got past the order on the phone. I wanted to know how much an item was because the site I was on gave a price without mentioning if it was a pint or quart. She told me I had to go to their website, when I asked her to just tell me the price she put me on hold for several minutes. Apparently I agitated her. Considering that not all people are tech savvy , besides the point that she was just plain rude, I decided not to order from here. Obviously they don't need business that bad that they have to be nice to customers .“
“It's not too often I get Chinese food since it's just usually my son and I, and he's just too picky! But, I ordered from here (for the first time!) last weekend when he was away with friends, and the food did not disappoint! This will absolutely be my go-to from now on - which will definitely be more often!! Yummy... really hit the spot for me, that's for sure.More of a pickup or delivery choice for me. It has a couple of tables if you wanted to sit, but I'd prefer to bring it home - not really a going out to dinner type place.“
“It was okay just think they need to season the meats and seafood a bit more. Chicken was a bit tough. But filet mignon was good. Wings are soso. Shrimp tempura was okay not worth it .the mango lemonade was very good. The soup was awesome ?.“
“Food is Great! My favorite is the Lo mein which is really good. Boneless spare ribs are good and chicken with broccoli. I don't like the sesame chicken chicken has too much breading. Service is not bad not excellent either but it is a take out place.“
“Got the egg foo young lunch special. Surprisingly, the only thing it needed was a little salt, which confused me since most chinese takeouts are over salted. Great lunch for $10, and the lady at the counter was very nice. I'll be back!“
“Great neighborhood Chinese restaurant! An asset to the area that we are grateful for. The food is very fresh, “clean” and stays loyal to the flavors you’d expect from your traditional Chinese food fare. Everything I’ve tried was excellent and I’ve never had any issues. The venue itself isn’t much. Pretty spartan and bare. I always order take out or delivery. Probably deserves a 4.5 from me, but no can do on Google.“
“Wah-Wah is my go to spot. Cam (owner) is a light- always smiling and happy to see us. My fave dish is not on the menu (broccoli with black bean sauce) and I usually pair it with spare ribs and some veggie fried rice. The cold sesame noodles (ask for extra spicy extra scallion) also delicious.“
“The Food was Delish to say the least.. I have been to a few Chinese restaurants in the area and they haven't met "this" standards yet. Happy I've found a spot that caters to my platter. The service was fast and the staff was friendly and the ambiance was inviting with a set up clean.“
“Food is always on point and fresh.. . I LOVE the Moo Shu Pork The restaurant is out dated, but always seems to have a nice local crowd and calming atmosphere. Full bar in the restaurant, drinks are very reasonable and the staff is super friendly.Parking: plenty of parking lot parking and also on street“
“Hoo Won is tucked into a small strip center on Woodbury Rd Close to Woodbury Country Deli. Not the best retail spot but a great location for all the local residents a good ways north of Jericho Tok - an east y place to pull in and grab and go with takeout. Food is always fresh. What we love about this place is the courteous people that are always a pleasure to order from. Ten years ago they returned $100 to my best friends son when he went back in to order - not knowing he had dropped a bill there a day or so before. That's the kind of old fashioned kindly business people that are there. Egg rolls are crispy, fresh duck sauce available - popular choices are shrimp with broccoli - and other variations with vegetables. Wonton Soups a little plain but fresh. Overall reliable takeout.“
“Chung Hing Chinese Food is a culinary gem that delights the palate with its exquisite array of flavors and skillfully prepared dishes. The restaurant exudes authenticity, capturing the essence of Chinese cuisine with a nuanced touch. From savory stir-fries to aromatic noodle dishes, each item on the menu showcases a meticulous attention to detail. The ingredients are fresh, and the execution of flavors is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you're a fan of classic favorites or adventurous enough to explore lesser-known delicacies, Chung Hing caters to all tastes. However, no dining experience is without its suggestions. While the current menu boasts a delightful assortment, the addition of broccoli could provide a welcomed burst of freshness and nutritional value. Imagine the crisp texture of broccoli complementing the savory sauces and succulent meats—a harmony of flavors that could elevate the overall dining experience. The ambiance at Chung Hing is inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for patrons to savor their meals. The service is attentive, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish. In conclusion, Chung Hing Chinese Food stands out for its culinary prowess, offering a delightful journey through the diverse and delectable landscape of Chinese cuisine. With a minor addition like broccoli, it has the potential to further enhance its menu and captivate the taste buds of its discerning clientele.“
“This is an excellent Chinese take out restaurant in Greenlawn. They have excellent broccoli with garlic sauce, chicken with garlic sauce and chicken with broccoli. Their boneless pork ribs are also excellent. The wonton soup is very good too. I highly recommend this place.“
“Golden Star Chinese is an absolute gem tucked away in the bustling streets of Dix Hills. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in the aroma of authentic Chinese cuisine. But let's talk about those egg rolls, they're simply divine! Andrews eggrolls just taste so good in my mouth. Crispy on the outside, bursting with flavorful fillings on the inside, each bite is a symphony of taste and texture. And Andrew Lin, the epitome of excellent service, adds an extra layer of warmth to the dining experience with his attentive and friendly demeanor and cute smile. His recommendations elevate the meal to a whole new level of enjoyment. The ambiance is cozy, inviting patrons to linger and savor every mouthful. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, Golden Star Chinese never fails to impress. It's more than just a restaurant; it's a culinary sanctuary where every dish tells a story of tradition and passion.“
“As an avid sushi consumer, I do not hesitate to tell you that this may be the best sushi I have ever eaten. It is definitely one of the best, if not the best! Fish is fresh, flavors are on point, tempura is cooked perfectly, and ingredients are balanced just right! The roll with the rock shrimp is insanely good!“
“Restaurant has ample parking. Store is slightly small for dining in. Ordered online and food was piping hot, fresh. If you are familiar with American Chinese food, this is not it. This food is Sichuan style. Their eggplant is succulent and that sauce is divine. It's hard to find dandan noodles not made with pork and this had a delectable peanut flavor that was not overpowering. They live up to the beef noodle soup hype. Lo mein and fried rice are good but not the most amazing that I've had in my life - lacks the smoky charred flavor. Thank you for a halal addition to the neighborhood!“
“I just love this place because of how good the food is. Full of flavor, not excessively greasy, and really affordable with sizes to feed 2 meals lol.For me, the main reason why I keep coming back is the costumer service. Lady always has a smile and speaks with a very lovely voice. She’s really nice no matter what.A hidden gem for me.General Tao chicken and BBQ ribs 10/10Wings with fries 9/10“
“What a delicious meal I had for lunch at this restaurant. I have been wanting to come here for a while now and today was the day. I usually go to the camera shop a few doors down in this strip mall. It's an easy in and out off the main road and just a short hop to the parkway. The shop looks small from the outside but don't let that fool you. It's not a small take out place and there is ample seating in a very bright dining area. I was there with a friend and we ordered the: - Chicken in Garlic Sauce - Tender sauteed chicken in a delicious sauce. - General Tso's Chicken - Saucy, juicy and crispy. The sauce is thick and loaded with flavor with nice size pieces of fried chicken. Both lunch portions had generous amounts of chicken with a good amount of fried rice. This was also served with a can of soda. All around both lunch priced items were wonderful-generous-sized portions and extremely tasty. I am looking forward to another visit here. KUDOs to the team at Chan's Garden.“
