“I haven't dined in at PF Chang's in YEARS. I used to frequent the restaurant when they were in the Source Mall, but now I typically order through Uber - I love the Mongolian Beef. Recently, I decided to dine in because I had to try the Cherry Blossom Martini & I'm so glad that I did! I enjoyed that along with a refreshing Yuzu Spritz. I was, however, disappointed because 1) they ran out of the Miso Dumplings & 2) the Miso Salmon was seriously overcooked. Once seated, service was prompt - tea is on the house. You get equipped with a tea cup, a ladle and bowl, and a side plate. We asked Google Maps AI on what to order - and loved the suggestions. We went with the House Special crossing-the-bridge rice noodles. It's basically a hot pot, just that it's served on an elaborate wooden tray. Lamb skewers were dry, soft, flavorful. Shanghai soup dumplings were steaming hot - I'm partial to soup dumplings anyway so I loved them. Fried rice and Tujia sauce scallion pancakes were loved across the table. Shrimp tempura was freshly fried in fresh oil. Popcorn chicken kept the picky eaters happy. Papaya salad was spicy.

We skipped dessert.

“My wife and I come here together regularly, and it’s one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. Our strategy is always to order 5 or 6 different dishes, enjoy a great meal, and take the leftovers home for dinner the next day. The portions are very generous, so it works out perfectly.

Our must-order dishes are the Berkshire pork belly, honey cucumber, rock shrimp, braised pork belly, wood ear mushrooms, hot and sour soup, fish in wine, Emperor’s cabbage, Sichuan beef shank & tendon, and Chinese broccoli. I order the Berkshire pork belly every single time.

If you enjoy spicy food, definitely try the chili oil stew with beef. Just be warned—the bowl is huge! It’s incredibly flavorful and absolutely worth it.

“This is one of the best old school takeout Chinese food places in Huntington. All of your favorites are cooked. Delicious the chicken and broccoli is amazing. A lot of their combinations are a good bang for a buck and the woman that works. There is very very nice and accommodating don’t judge a book by its cover don’t judge the front they push out some really good takeout Chinese food and they deliver. I’ve been ordering from here For the last 15 years. The dinner is priced reasonably a lot of selections and lunch special is $8.65 and comes with soda soup or an eggroll. You can’t beat that.“

Last Saturday I ordered my regular Lunch special Pork ribs w/ pork fired rice. Paid extra $1.50 for eggs and veggies in my fries rice this also comes with egg roll. I also always order fried chicken wings and Singapore noodles.

I placed an order at 11:47am then right before lunch special was over 2:56pm I placed the same order again.

It was and every time has been that delicious. Crispy fried chicken. Meaty, plump and juicy pork ribs. Flavorful pork fried rice with actual lots of pork in it. Singapore noodles with loads of chicken, pork and shrimp.

Every dish is full to the top. Delivered fast and HOT. That's why I always tips 20%.

“I have my food delivered! The delivery guys are always very nice and polite. I order sesame chicken white meat and it is the best sesame chicken that I’ve ever had once in a while. I might get a little Tough piece. But lately it’s been delicious. I love it. Their eggrolls forget it. They’re the best. They are so fresh and they don’t have like an aftertaste to them.
