You'll find Chinese takeout classics here including a respectable chicken with cashew nuts, but it might be trying one more layer of obscurity in the form of the compelling wor shu duck. The Hunan shrimp was impressively fresh, thought it fell short of the advertised spice level, as did the twice-cooked pork. But I have nothing but praise and maybe some exclamation points for the spare ribs, a meticulous rendition that may have used AI to devise an ideal formula of meat, sauce and smoke.“
“I had late night munchies for Chinese. I'm visiting family in NY and they suggested Top One. That name is warranted. I ordered take out. I ordered shrimp mei fun and they gave me a generous portion of both shrimp and mei fun. It was so much, i had left overs. The wait time was approximately 10 mins. Even better this spot was only less than 3 mins from the house I was visiting. The food was tasty and satisfied my cravings. I'd definitely recommend their mei fun - I hope I'm spelling that right!“

“I order here somewhat often when I'm craving some decent Chinese take-out. A typical order for the family is usually mapo tofu, pork egg foo young, beef lo mein, shrimp fried rice, and sautéed string beans. The combos give a good amount of food and the sides are not bad. I've never been unhappy with the food, and I'm usually stuffed afterwards. I think the main problem they have is their timing. Even if it's not so busy, which is not often, it still takes an extra 20-30 minutes on top of the time they initially told you. So if you show up "on time" after they told you "25-30 minutes," you will probably be standing there for another 20 minutes. I still order here regularly because it's good food, but just have to plan the time accordingly.“

They can always be counted on to deliver, consistent quality Chinese dinners without any fanfare, hassle, or surprises. Would I put them in the class as a Ruth Chris steakhouse? Probably not. But I would put them as a reliable, good Chinese takeout that you can count on. They have, of course menu items, but also will customize the dishes to your preference.“

“My girlfriend and I were walking around Huntington looking for food when we found Wok & Roll. From the second we walked in to the second we left, we loved it. The staff was super nice, the food was amazing and the decor was pretty sweet too. The food is cooked fresh and to order. 10/10 will be coming back and would recommend every time. “One of the friendliest places I have been too. I am a vegetarian and they took time to explain what was vegetarian. The service is surpassed only by the food. “Went with another couple started off with chicken lettuce wraps and 2 different types of dim sum. The waiter brought out the lettuce wraps first and when we finished the last bite the first order of dim sum came out, shumai which was delicious and then after we finished those dumplings the next set of dumplings came out. Timed perfectly so everything was fresh out of the oven. Main courses we had General Tso, Sesame chicken, Mongolian beef and Mongolian chicken. Everything was great least favorite was sesame chicken a little bland but still good best for me was Mongolian beef. Highly recommended a little pricey but worth it.“
