“Normally I order from another take out place but was looking to switch things up. We had received Jade's menu in the mail not too long ago and decided to give it a shot! Happy to report that all my food was delivered fresh and was absolutely delicious. Every dish held its own in terms of flavor but one stood out for me, their scallion pancakes.... They are light/ airy and surprisingly crispy even after being delivered a few minutes away with other hot food. I was so happy with my first order I ended up ordering again from them the next day. Jade's is a good spot to get a well priced meal with great flavor. Also would recommend their dim sum as well!“
“I just found a New Most Favorite Chinese Take place!! I ordered the chicken chow mein dinner combo and no exaggeration! The Best chicken chow mein I've ever had! Even tye egg roll and the fried rice that came with it were both outstanding!!! I can't wait to try a few of my other favorites to see if this was just a fluke but I think not. Oh! “Ordered delivery this evening. We are in Bay Shore and they charged $2 for the delivery. Called at 7:05 and it arrived by 7:30 so very quick delivery. Food arrived hot and good packaging. Food tasted good and good quality. Loin had a slight fish taste to us though. But everything else was great. Would order from here again.“
“Hi! So I'll be honest, I had just moved to New York and the first place we went to did us so dirty. So when I saw New Friendly Kitchen I was very hesitant on going in but eventually decided to take a chance at fate, little did I know how much their General Tao's chicken with shrimp lo mein would change my life for the better.See I can't handle too-too much spice, so I was reluctant to get it but the aroma brought back memories of my grandparents eating the General Tao's chicken from back home and got it anyway.Once I saw it, I noticed it had just the right amount of sticky sauce, it was churchy but soft too (Which I loved) and from the moment I tasted it, I was immediately reminded of the times I had with my grandparents. Since I recently lost my grandmother, this moment made me burst into tears (Happy ones of course) when I had gotten home. It wasn't too spicy and had a tint of sweetness, an paired with the Shrimp Lo Mein turned out to be the right choice, The dish was very very Delicious. I do recommend this fine restaurant with all my heart, I hope you visit and enjoy these wonderful dishes.“
“Most consistent Chinese takeout spot I've had. Food is always hot and fresh. Plenty of sauce with the dishes, some places are hit or miss with the amount of sauce in the dish. Usually come here for lunch because it's local, but for now on when I am home and want some takeout I will drive the extra 15 minutes because it's so worth it.“
“Very solid local Chinese and Thai takeout option. We ordered a number of plates to share for a work lunch. The chow fun was awesome, all the fried rices were top notch. The pad Thai was the only thing that was ok. Everything else hit the spot for Chinese takeout. I'll be back!“
“I never got past the order on the phone. I wanted to know how much an item was because the site I was on gave a price without mentioning if it was a pint or quart. She told me I had to go to their website, when I asked her to just tell me the price she put me on hold for several minutes. Apparently I agitated her. Considering that not all people are tech savvy , besides the point that she was just plain rude, I decided not to order from here. Obviously they don't need business that bad that they have to be nice to customers .“
