Panda kitchen in west babylon is probably Is the best tasting in this area. The girl at the counter can be nice. Once you get to know her. I was impressed when we ordered the sesame shrimp. As they were handbattered fried shrimps with a thick coating. Pretty tasty. The fried rice is actually brown which is rare these days most places it's yellow. Boneless sparribs are tasty. The place is usually busy, which means a lot of people order from it. So that's good that means it's usually fresh food“
