I rarely eat Americanized Chinese takeout food. One of the reasons (besides the fact that I like particular Chinese regional dishes more) is that takeout is usually just OK. But Nice Day has some of your favorite “American-Chinese” dishes done right. I believe Chef Lucas Sin is one of the owners of the chain - he’s a great chef and if he’s behind a restaurant, I trust it’s of high, or at least higher, quality. I deliver regularly for many places but rarely try their food. This takeout is the way takeout used to be. I had the Cantonese Pineapple Chicken and the Soup Dumplings. Outstanding. You can definitely tell the difference when things are made in house from scratch. Please try this place!
