The food was great and the staff were friendly, but a few things took away from the experience. Most of the booths were dirty, so we had to walk to the back just to find a clean table, even though many were empty. On top of that, it was freezing inside—I’ve been to plenty of Five Guys locations, and this was the first one that felt uncomfortably cold. Still, the food itself was solid.

Very clean and organized. The food was hot, tasty and well prepared. The crew that was working on Wednesday May 28, 2025 was impressive to watch. They had the place running so smoothly. The grill master was cranking out orders and when there was a lull prepping for the next wave. It's always good to see people take their jobs seriously. I hope their management compensates them well.

There are very few fast food restaurants that prepare your food in front of you. Also, the consistency of food preparation and staff demeanor is commendable at Five Guys. The bathroom and dining area are always clean. This mirrors the service standards of yesteryear, when courtesy and professionalism were essential.

The Five Guys on Broadhollow Road is hands down my go-to spot for burgers, no competition. This place consistently delivers on both size and flavor, making it the best place around when I’m craving something truly satisfying.
I usually go for either the Little Cheeseburger when I’m not super hungry or the regular Cheeseburger when I want the full experience. No matter which one I choose, the flavor is always on point, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and just the right amount of toppings every time. You can taste the quality with every bite.
The fries are another reason I keep coming back. They're always hot, crispy, and served in generous portions. Perfectly salted and full of that classic Five Guys taste.

I had an exceptional experience at Five Guys thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Charlie. His attention to detail was impressive—he noticed I was thirsty while waiting for my food and generously provided a drink on the house. When it was time to leave, he anticipated I’d need a cup holder before I even asked, ensuring I had everything I needed with two drinks in hand. On top of that, he had a friendly demeanor, greeting me with a smile. This level of service made my visit truly stand out to the point where a I felt writing a review of my experience was necessary.

Worst Decision that the Five Guys franchise has ever made was not returning to Huntington Station. That location was outstanding!!! This location always has dry fries. The burgers always taste bland. I spoke with the manager, Jay and he had no solution or apology for me. It also costs $5 more than it used to. No thanks!!!

It was all around a very poor experience. We ordered online and clicked the "I'm here" and went inside like it said. No one acknowledged us, they were making food of course but something would've been nice. We waited a lot longer than expected and my husband realized we were missing one fry in the bag, so we had to continue to wait while the food was getting cold, shakes melting. When we finally got home, our burgers were eh, the fries were soggy and completely underdone, drinks were flat and our shakes were made wrong. $60 later and we were literally laughing at how pathetic it is to just get food these days. We've been here before with little issues but this was just ridiculous, what a waste of money on our night off from work
