Andre was so nice, we came back after a not so good experience and he took care of us. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler as your server you will sure be taken care of. He knew the menu and was very personable. Thank you to Andre and the staff for reminding us what the melting pot was like. 17 years we have been going there and to know you get taken care of after a bad experience means a lot.
We enjoyed dinner last night at the Melting Pot in Farmingdale. What an absolute amazing experience! Drinks and food were beyond fabulous! The manager, Andre, was attentive to all guests. The staff was friendly and made sure every aspect of our evening was exactly what we hoped for! Liked it years ago. Tried it again this weekend...will not be going back again. The servers are kids who should be working at McDonald's. What a $230 joke.

Based on the reviews, Melting Pot is a great place for special celebrations like birthdays and Mother’s Day. The food is always delicious and excellent, and the experience is a blast. The service is excellent, with staff like manager Danny and servers Nicholas and Supy being super friendly, attentive, and helpful. They have amazing customer service and make the experience extra special. They offer deals like half off cheese and fondue chocolate and small bites, which are way cheaper and cooked in the back so customers do not have to cook their own steak or shrimp. Guests can mix and match courses depending on their mood. For special occasions, the staff gives free items like a cupcake, a salad, a rose, a teddy bear, an espresso martini, a bouquet of flowers, and a sparkler in the dessert. The atmosphere is nice and quiet, allowing for conversation. Overall, it is a lovely dinner with incredible service, and many guests have been going there for years and highly recommend it.
