Best ramen in Long Island.

Went in on a rainy Wednesday night after work and there was one table of three in an otherwise empty restaurant. We sat ourselves and was rushed the entire time.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a ramen restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Especially the boss lady who is always nice and being thoughtful to every customer! ! Whether you’re a ramen connoisseur or new to Japanese cuisine, this place is a must-visit

Came in for lunch today with my son. Both waitresses seem to be lacking in some social skills. Not very personable. A couple came in after us, and the male asked the waitress how she was doing twice and she didn't reply. Other reviews seem to be the same attitude. Japanese deco with Fujin Chinese vibe. The pork ramen and chicken appetizers were ok. The wooden bench seating was uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing ramen. I get the kalbi ramen and it is one of the best I’ve ever had. The perfect amount of spice and garlic with so much flavor. I crave this on every cold or rainy day!

This has become one of my favorite food spots in Farmingdale. So far, all of the ramen options I’ve tried have been tasty. Plus the service is usually fast.

To start, the spicy Edamame was amazing. It was creamy, just the right amount salty and rather than kicking with spiciness, it warmed our mouths with a heart that was pleasant. The red pepper ramen with peanut butter was one of the most interesting flavors I've had. It almost felt very pad thai infused. Subtle yet making a statement. The ultimate best broth here is the Kalbi Ramen (a mix of their pork & beef broth). OMG I could drink it by the gallons!! Highly recommend it!

Food was very delicious. I ordered the Grilled Tofu Don and Beef Donburi. First time here and first time having donburi. You can tell they take pride in their food and the presentation as well. Would highly recommend.
As it was our first time, we decided to dine in. Weren’t sure if we had to order the food at the counter or if they would come to us. We waited for a little bit at the table before the waitress made eye contact with us and asked if we would like to dine in. I would recommend you make contact with the waitress once you sit so there’s no awkward waiting around haha. Other than that, highly recommend.

This place is so underrated and I'm kicking myself for not coming here sooner.

There are so many ramen shops popping up, but this one stands out not just for how delicious the food is but the options. They have a great rice bowl section and a ramen section, so there's something for everyone. One thing I have to point out is how unique the ramen selection is here! They have a kalbi and a bulgogi ramen option which I was blown away by. Haven't seen options like that else where and their menu was definitely unique. I went with the kalbi spicy ramen and it was awesome! So much so that i can't wait to come back.

Portions are a great size, the broth on the tonkotsu and kalbi were delicious. I wish it was a little bit of a richer broth but it was still so good, so flavorful, and I can't wait to come back and try everything else they have to offer.

The ambiance of the restaurant is super cute and so aesthetically pleasing. The staff is super friendly, very attentive, and the restaurant itself is pretty clean. Very happy, so pleasantly surprised, and I can't wait to come back again!

My coworker told me about this place recently, so I decided to try it out today. I placed an order for pickup. I had the shoyu paitan ramen along with the strawberry matcha latte. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lady with a smile. The place is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. I think it's brilliant how they package my to-go beverage with a sealed lid to prevent leakage. Food was beautifully packaged as well; complete with napkins and chopsticks. The broth was separate from the noodles and veggies to avoid sogginess, which I appreciated. Overall, I like the food I wasn't blown away by it. I wasn't a fan of the salty rim/matcha portion of my drink, but it was an okay beverage. Next time, I will dine in to get a better feel for this establishment. Also, I am open to trying a different food item and beverage.
