I just had the best fast food experience at this McDonald’s. Came for lunch with my father and my son and the service we received was top-notch. This location is always kept very clean and that was true today as well, but the reason I write this review is because of the service today. Several members of the team, including management, went way out of their way to give us an exceptional experience and to make my son extremely happy with his happy meal toy. I wish I knew their names but we were there at about 1 o’clock on May 8th So the managers who were on duty at that time are the ones who deserve this recognition. Thank you very much from me and my son!

Drive through order . Waited 6 minutes in spot 2 Order was wrong Drove back . Went inside. Was told i should have looked before I Drove away.
It was a plain hamburger .. meat bread only. Correct on screen.

The dual drive thru lane we were on was broken. So we drove up and told the 2 ladies standing there. They were so nice and apologized and took our order with no problem.
We had to wait for our food at a pick up lane and they were super fast and they brought out a caddy with condiments for us to choose from.
Usually good, but the JV squad must have been working today. Guy taking drive through orders was so quiet you couldn't hear a word he said. Kitchen staff couldn't keep up with the line of only 3 cars a 1pm. Everyone looked miserable. Not typical for this location

Order on web. They made me wait in spot 4. Bring me incorrect order. Spoke to them at window. They bring me another order and again incorrect when I got home. How hard is it to make a burger 🍔
