Tired Uncle Joey’s on a whim and was blown away. Hands down best rainbow cookie ever had…better than any competitors in Long Beach . Also got the cannoli and equally awesome with flaky crust…def homemade with love and care.
Absolutely incredible! Everything is perfect from here! I would say the Linzers are top tier! The Linzers are just perfect surpringly light with great jelly. You would expect a lot of these desserts to be very heavy but they actually are not crazy. Everything is just flavored perfectly you would thing a brownie crammed with a rainbow cookie would be very rich surprisingly it was just right. They really hit it out of the park with everything.
