Hey manager/owners, Just a heads up; 4 ppl working right now. 2 have headphones in 2 have extremely long fake nails (Board of health) 0 wearing gloves (board of health) All working with food Toilet hasn't been deep cleaned in a while from the looks of it, but bathroom overall was fine. Food is good though so thank you for that - at least everyone working looked clean. The counter girl was very nice too
The gluten free noodles tend to be severely undercooked, practically crunchy. Staff also doesn not pay very good attention when putting orders together, we had to ask them to remake a dish three times because they kept adding cheese when we specifically said no cheese because of a dairy allergy. I've always had a bit of a soft spot for this chain since I've learned about it. I think it's due to the fact that there's always something there that the whole family likes and it's fairly inexpensive. It's not the best or top of the line. But it's comfort.
