Panera used to be the bom dot com. Their food was always so fresh, delicious, and well priced.Now their food is sooooo cheap tasting. Doesnt taste fresh at all, gives me stomach aches all the time. Portions have also gotten so much smaller. And of course the prices have skyrocketed. Their only saving graces are their pastries/cookies. Everything else has gone downhill.Plus all locations I've been to are not clean and the service is mediocre at best.
This food was BOOTY CHEEKS. Ordered a cold brew and got MILK (plus no straw for the delivery), the Asian sesame salad did not taste like it normally would, it was barely tolerable. Even the BREAD did not taste the way it’s supposed to. Waste of my money, horrible

Great place, super busy. I ate around lunch time and I ordered using the ordering tablet in the store. The order took forever from processing to appear in the screen. I saw that my order was ready on the screen, and went up to get my good. I got half a chicken chipotle sandwich and the butternut squash soup. It was pretty good. Sandwich was hot, and tasty. There were many of employees cleaning the tables and chairs. They keep the place very clean and organized.
