Been coming here for years. It's the neighborhood place everyone goes to for a good quality bagel. Last 3 times they have screwed up order after order. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. I called an order in at 10am sharp. I placed a clear and coherant order. I get there and pay for the order and head home. Opened up the bag and there was just wrong after wrong. I ordered a whole wheat everything flagel with bacon and egg. I received a whole wheat flat with bacon,...read full review
My mistake ... but they came through!
Bagel Hut had called to remind me of a pick up for a catering order I had placed. I was side tracked getting ready for our party that missed the pick up window. The owners went out of their way to meet me back at the store after they had already closed on a beautiful Saturday in the summer. Beyond appreciative of their great customer service. Thanks Bagel Hut!
