Andre was so nice, we came back after a not so good experience and he took care of us. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler as your server you will sure be taken care of. He knew the menu and was very personable. Thank you to Andre and the staff for reminding us what the melting pot was like. 17 years we have been going there and to know you get taken care of after a bad experience means a lot.
We enjoyed dinner last night at the Melting Pot in Farmingdale. What an absolute amazing experience! Drinks and food were beyond fabulous! The manager, Andre, was attentive to all guests. The staff was friendly and made sure every aspect of our evening was exactly what we hoped for! Liked it years ago. Tried it again this weekend...will not be going back again. The servers are kids who should be working at McDonald's. What a $230 joke.
