My smoothie was given fast and full to the brim! Very delicious. The manager is very professional, a very rude customer came in acting hostile and calling the manager names etc and she handled it perfectly.

Came on a Sunday and had great service! I was trying to use a reward on my mobile app and the workers were very friendly to help.

There’s a guy with glasses and curly hair (is going to be a teacher?) who had amazing service. He made drinks super quick and was very nice when we asked questions! Loved his approach and how friendly he was. And he made everything super fast and efficiently.

DELISH!!! I LOVEEEEE the smoothies at this place!! I used to frequent Syosset before they closed! This is my NEW spot to get my smoothie FIX 🥰💖🥰~ my FAV is without a doubt BEACH BUM!!! Be sure to get the regular chocolate as they will ask chocolate or white chocolate! When I am in the mood~ BEACH BUM is the answer~ if you’ve never tried I DEF recommend it!!! 🎉😊🎉

i have been to many tropical smoothie locations and this one is consistently the best! the staff is friendly and my flatbread and smoothie always comes out delicious!

Waited a few minutes with no greeting. Was first in line. People cut in front of us and were served before us, so we walked out.

This place has got to be the worst first off. They keep the phone off the hook you can’t call. It took me three days to get a refund and then today I go in and I order a shake. There is no other people in the store except for maybe two customers And people come after me and somehow manage to get their drinks and food and all of the stuff. Meanwhile, I only ordered one seat so I asked for a refund and then all of a sudden guess what was sitting behind the counter the whole time my smoothie horrible customer service horrible employees not following ticket times disgusting

Something just wasn't right for this tropical smoothie Cafe. All our smoothies tasted watered down. We ordered 4 smoothies and one of them came out very late for some reason. I was watching them making the smoothies. Almost every time there were lots of smoothies left over in the bottom of the blender and got discarded. So perhaps they put too much ice?? It is also very wasteful. Check your order because they forgot my kale and apple slaw, fortunately we decided to stay and eat since the wraps were made, just the smoothies took awhile.

I complete a survey and try to redeem it but the manager or I think it was says no you can’t redeem that here and I was like why if I already redeem like this before at the deer park location and they answer me like “ok but we are not Deer Park”
