Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This place has got to be the worst first off. They keep the phone off the hook you can’t call. It took me three days to get a refund and then today I go in and I order a shake. There is no other people in the store except for maybe two customers And people come after me and somehow manage to get their drinks and food and all of the stuff. Meanwhile, I only ordered one seat so I asked for a refund and then all of a sudden guess what was sitting behind the counter the whole time my smoothie horrible customer service horrible employees not following ticket times disgusting

Something just wasn't right for this tropical smoothie Cafe. All our smoothies tasted watered down. We ordered 4 smoothies and one of them came out very late for some reason. I was watching them making the smoothies. Almost every time there were lots of smoothies left over in the bottom of the blender and got discarded. So perhaps they put too much ice?? It is also very wasteful. Check your order because they forgot my kale and apple slaw, fortunately we decided to stay and eat since the wraps were made, just the smoothies took awhile.

I complete a survey and try to redeem it but the manager or I think it was says no you can’t redeem that here and I was like why if I already redeem like this before at the deer park location and they answer me like “ok but we are not Deer Park”

Good quality food but severly overpriced for the quantity, making money shouldnt come at the unfair expense of the client. i will not go back to this business, mind you i forgot i had an event a few years ago where they put a stone in my smothie..

Customer service was sub par. Place was messy, whole place is ran my teens . Took almost 10 mins for one drink because they had one person in charge of making drinks on a Friday evening!

I feel bad that even though there were many people working there they were clearly severely understaffed. After 25 min wait for a smoothie I asked for a refund, didn't get back the tip. Since the woman taking orders hated her job maybe it was a small consolation.

I’ve visited this location before with decent customer service.
I visited today to grab breakfast wrap and a smoothie. All workers were in the back, one came to front to take order while other 2 were in the back.
An employee took my order and started making wrap first, which took 5 mins. After handing me the food bag, he started making smoothie, got all the ingredients in the blender and there was no ice, he took another few mins to grab ice while I’m still waiting. It took almost 10mins for my order, this shouldn’t have happened if they were prepare and refill everything before a customer walks in.
I also own a business and know how it can hurt the business when employees are not doing what they’re supposed to do.

Brittany was moving double the speed as the rest of the staff. This should be highlighted. She had amazing customer service and worked hard with a smile.

These places have to pump the brakes on the ice . I just flew in to Republic airport this morning . From Luckenbach Texas. I have special rush procedure i have to perform today . I asked my driver . Is their anywhere i can get get some good quick nutrition nice protein shake . Defiantly didn't want gas station protein bar . Before we get to hospital . He recommended .Tropical Smoothie Cafe . We got 2 Peanut butter Paradise .When he came back to car . What was handed to me felt like a Styrofoam cooler of ice . So i managed a few sips that tasted like ice water . So of course before we get on highway . I have him stop in reliable Bolla market . I dont get the infatuation with these places . Maybe when you order kool aid with fruit syrup its different .

Every time I come here the environment is dead and no one ever greets me. None of the employees are friendly and always are mean mugging. I only come here when I have too. The smoothies are a hit or miss most times and I all around feel as if the entire store could use a lot of training. Ameerah is the last sourpuss face to help me.

While most employees are friendly and courteous their isn’t much consistency with making the smoothies one day they taste great and the next day they’re terrible.

Came into the establishment and noticed it was clean and not busy at the time. There were 4 employees at the time, but not one person greeted me. Someone did offer me the menu to view. I ordered the acai berry boost for $8.99 and the baja chicken wrap for $10.89. A side comes with it, so I decided to try the kale & apple slaw. The smoothie was nice, the wrap was not bad, and the side dish was ok.
