Something just wasn't right for this tropical smoothie Cafe. All our smoothies tasted watered down. We ordered 4 smoothies and one of them came out very late for some reason. I was watching them making the smoothies. Almost every time there were lots of smoothies left over in the bottom of the blender and got discarded. So perhaps they put too much ice?? It is also very wasteful. Check your order because they forgot my kale and apple slaw, fortunately we decided to stay and...

Came into the establishment and noticed it was clean and not busy at the time. There were 4 employees at the time, but not one person greeted me. Someone did offer me the menu to view. I ordered the acai berry boost for $8.99 and the baja chicken wrap for $10.89. A side comes with it, so I decided to try the kale & apple slaw. The smoothie was nice, the wrap was not bad, and the side dish was ok.

Its the staff eating in view of the guests.. Like where they make the smoothies..i hope she washed her hands before serving someone. As someone who works in hospitality the staff should be eating in the back out of sight. So unsanitary
