All of the ingredients and effort are there for an authentic experience like if you go to Flushing. But it's too reigned in. I ordered simple dishes which were cooked well with fresh ingredients but didn't pack the flavor expected or that the ingredients demanded. Even hot oil was tame, tasted more like a dressing.
