Avicolli's Coal Fire

Hands down worst food I’ve ever had. I didn’t know it was possible to screw up even basic “Italian” food. Will never order again 🤢🤮 linguine and clams came with 6 clams, no seasoning at all, my kids pasta and meatball didn’t even come with enough sauce, chicken Marsala looked gravy train dog food

I have been coming to Avicolli’s since my mom was recently hospitalized. I am from out of state and I consider myself a pizza snob. This coal fired pizza is just amazing. Thank you to the pizza guy Bobby for restoring my faith in pizza! Your pizza is 👌🏼perfection!

I just popped in to meet family and share an app. We ended up having French Onion Soup and bread with garlic butter-both excellent. The others had wings which they said were very good. I had to leave so I cannot comment on the entrees.

Parking: Limited parking directly in front of the restaurant but plenty of other spots on the side street nearby

Kid-friendliness: This was a Saturday night and I did not observe any children.

Good food. Fair prices. Service is spotty- sometimes good, sometimes slow and inattentive. Great outdoor patio when weather permits. Indoor dining is comfortable with several different rooms for a more intimate feeling.

Parking: Diagonal parking in front, parallel parking on both sides of the side street.

Our second visit, and we remain unimpressed. Food is OK but very overpriced. Service was quick and attentive. Tables are very close together, so private conversation is difficult. Be advised that gift cards are location specific even though there are several locations under the same name and logo...

Walk in Syracuse parents weekend and was able to be seated 1/2 hr later in a cozy booth. The service was excellent. The pizza was delicious. The salads and chicken parm were all great. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back. All the staff from hostess to our servers were lovely.
