First time here (i know shocking). Sat outside, hostess was very friendly. Food was good & fresh. I got Shrimp Taco(3) dinner with black beans & rice. I was shocked they didn’t give you complimentary chips & salsa (that’s a given for me). Prices seem a little higher than what’s given. It didn’t stand out like a real authentic Mexican place. Got a house margarita($10) (no lime) in a little glass. Waiter kept forgetting small things. The outdoor seating was nice....
Phenomenal. The steak. Tacos were an explosion of flavor, the margaritas were mixed to perfection and absolutely do try the fried ice cream.. it does NOT disappoint. Bravo Papa Gallo!
I’ve had pleasant experiences here and it’s a good restaurant in general. Just wanted to leave this as a warning not to order the birria burrito. It was terribly proportioned and the beef was super dry. Order the inferno or pollo verde instead.
