I’m unsure what is going on at this place but I went there about 5 minutes ago to purchase my regular 5 shots of espresso over extra ice in a trenta cup. Mind you I am not local and have a 30 minute drive. The person wouldn’t sell me my coffee because I requested it in a bigger cup. What the hell? I didn’t realize that you can literally turn away a paying customer. I’ve gotten the same drink 10 years in the same cup. For real get it together. It’s not like I was asking for a back rub.

I felt very uncomfortable ordering in this Starbucks . It’s usually great but I had an employee that was so beyond rude and awkward that I felt uncomfortable even being there. Two of my friends didn’t even bother ordering after me because she was so rude. The worker Maddy, was unpleasant to say the least, she has horrible customer service skills coming off very rude and unhappy. She made it seem like I was personally bothering her by simply taking my order despite the fact it’s her literal job. The worst part was it wasn’t even busy. I might understand some aggression had it been a stressful day but we were the only people present. Like there was genuinely no reason for the aggression. Please do better Starbucks because this was actually so unnecessary.

Any drink or food I get from here is always fantastic! The service is usually nice however I went today and a worker - the only girl in a green apron everyone else in red (not sure if that means manager or what not) was extremely rude and looked disgusted with me and the fact that she even had to be there. Very disappointed in this experience.

I don’t know why, but I just love the charm of a Starbucks inside of a target. They have great coffee, it’s never a crazy busy wait like the other Starbucks stores, they have a great selection, they sell coffee grounds there and always have seasonal merchandise. Great place that I frequent

Wish i could give zero. The girls took forever taking orders and by the time i placed my order, paid for it, and waited for other people drinks to be made they had no drip coffee for my order. She offered to make me a latte instead, but put no espresso in it. I came back after realizing about 5 minutes later, and they still had no coffee made. So im here waiting another 5 minutes just for the coffee to be brewed. They havent even started getting the cup ready. Highly disappointed in their service
Because last time I went here with my mother is it going to get birthday presents for me so my mom is making a complaint
I feel so bad for the young lady who was training today. Her trainer needs to have a little more patients and grace when someone is learning a job. Not an attitude. When training you’re supposed to be setting an example not bashing someone for not knowing something. Management should definitely reevaluate who they have training.

I went into the Target Starbucks store to order the 2 for $10 beverage special. I was not greeted by the staff. I had to speak to the young lady at the cashier twice before she responded to me. I then asked to order the special. She turned asked another employee if ‘they do that here’ and then said no. I asked if this special was only offered at brick and mortar Starbucks locations and she shrugged her shoulders and said yeah I think so. Her energy was very rude and dismissive. I understand these are young girls/teens working but they really need to be trained in proper customer service. This experience made me hesitant to return and order from this location again.

whoever was there 3/14 between 9:30 and 10 needs a bit of an attitude check. i asked for a burrito and barely got a breath in for the second part before she whirled right around with no explanation, she then turned back and said “don’t have any today” in a not very enthusiastic tone. ended up only getting the drink my friend wanted and nothing of what i wanted, didnt want to be around her anymore. just overall did not look like she wanted to be their let alone deal with customers. i work in customer service, trust me i get it, but i also know it doesn't take much to throw a smile on your face every now and again.
If i could fill in 0 or even negative stars without a doubt i would. We planned to go to Mcdonald’s to get lattes but realized starbucks was closer since we were already in target. The women was very nice and had amazing service. she gave me my coffee and did amazing. i began walking to the door and noticed my coffee was leaking i didn’t think much of it and came back hoping they would give me another cup to go around it. Then mh daughter noticed it wasn’t a little hole, it was the whole side of the cup ripped. I immediately ask for a reasoning and i was simply given a “ all of them are just a bad batch of cups, they are all like that.” I asked if any changes could be made like a new drink in a better cup or something. When she poured it into a larger cup, all the foam and stuff was mixed together and left in the old cup making a clumpy water like drink. I atleast expected new foam made atleast. I wasn’t even given that. for a 6 dollar latte this was terrible. she could’ve at least let me know of the “bad batch. “ worst experience.

I only rated a 3 because they did not have the strawberries for the refresher my daughter wanted, so I didn't get anything.
