I usually have a good experience at Tully’s and am generally satisfied with both the service and the atmosphere. I have never been to this Tully's and probably won't be a top choice when in the area again. We were politely greeted at the door and quickly seated by the staff. Our waitress lacked experience or know how. She took our drink order and had to be flagged down to place our order and later flagged down to get our drinks from the first time she was at the table. The chicken tenders have become too expensive. If you don't tip an online order, the tenders are small. If you give a proper tip, then you're basically spending $30 for 10 tenders. Prices have gotten out of hand for normal families. It is sad how much is being charged. 50 orders of 10pc. tenders a year to none, I'm done, and you should too until prices are reasonable. It is greed, plain and simple, trying to squeeze more and more out of people.
