Had a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich…was not Franks Hot Sauce, chicken was most likely microwaved because it had that taste to it, days old hamburger bun instead of a brioche type. Fries looked fresh cut, but had a freezer burn taste to them. Prices way off compared to food quality. Looked at menu before arriving and prices suggested a higher class restaurant with great food. This place had napkins under one leg of every table because they were all not level and they all rocked when trying to cut with a knife. Paper tablecloths very unpleasant also. I had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and my wife had 5 boneless wings that she said were terrible. Won’t ever be going back…too bad

We enjoyed a delicious dinner here after a long day of hiking in the area. The poutine was great! We always enjoy supporting local restaurants in small towns when we travel and this one did not disappoint.

Thought we would try out something new.... Wrong choice. The dining room is beautiful, Our waitress was nice, Our daughter's boneless wings were so crunchy that she had a difficult time cutting them and it sounded as though she was chewing on a potato chips!! We literally had about a third of a normal serving of loaded fries and they cost twelve dollars! We all started laughing when they came out because we thought it was a joke. The food was exceptionally greasy!So all in all... A beautiful building with a clean dining area. I'm sure it's lovely to be there for the bar... But for the prices..... Certainly not what I was hoping for.

$12 for a loaded fries. Handful of fries on a plate, microwaved to melt the cheese. Fries and chips that came with sandwiches were greasy. Cordon bleu chicken sandwich was some ham on a chicken breast. They were out of Ranch on a Saturday. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but for these menu prices, I expect better quality. Otherwise, clean dining area that looks great. Wish them well, but my family and I were disappointed overall.

Great night. Couple games of pool. Perfectly cooked steaks for dinner! (Thank you Austin!) Sides were fresh and fabulous too! Waitress (Becky) was amazing, very friendly, fast and courteous. Adult drinks were delicious as well. All in all wonderful experience.

Nice people, but Lord the food was not anything good. My friend couldn't eat a decent majority of his meal. Pricey for the area as well. Hope things get better.

Thought we would enjoy a meal put. Went to sit at a clean table, there were 2 clean. Was told couldn't sit there only reason given was a dj was starting soon. Told to sit at the dirty tables at the back. Then the waitress told us it would be 1 hour 1.5 hours before she could get to us! You can guess what we did, walked out. To bad you try to support local business and this is not the first time we were treated this way. But guess we should think 71 West fir the pathetic customer service as we went to East Aurora and had an awesome meal at 189 Burger. Avoid 71 West it is worth the drive to East Aurora and 189 Burger!
