The chicken nuggets were taken out of the frier too soon, so were oily and chewy. The fries tasted like they had been in frier oil that hadn't been changed in a while. Hard pass, will not be back.

I know it as KFC AS WELL. Everyone and everything was great except for the entry/exit doors. I'm pretty powerful and these doors take a great amount of strength to open . Doesn't matter whether you're coming or going. Coming in you could pull your arm out of its socket and going out its full body to push the doors out. Forget if your elderly or have a handicap. I'm in construction and whoever installed these doors needs cone back and make some adjustments pronto before there's a real emergency.

Their fries are good, when fresh. I was not happy with the chicken strips. The strips were seasoned well, however there was no crunch at all. I believe making that slight adjustment would have turned the whole meal into a 5 star experience.

This was an interesting experience for us - A & W Root Beer and KFC combined? We have no A&W near us in CT so we were happy to find this one while visiting Stormville Flea Market. Food and service were great!
