This dump zone is finally closed down. I don't know if it's permanent but it's been closed for two weeks now . It's disgusting from outside to the ordering display so one can only imagine the shape of the kitchen. Hopefully it stays closed because it has no business being open .

The food I picked up wasn't very good. I've eaten at this place before when they had chickens on the rotisserie, they don't anymore, and the quality was much better.

I came to the drive thru and ordered a family meal and before I could even order I was told there was NO Mac and cheese cream spinach. I also asked for a blt sandwich and was told they didn’t have the crispy chicken in the store,HOW can u promote things on the menu and don’t have it in the store? Like how is this shxt hole even open they literally NEVER have the items I enjoy. The prices are to high and they never have items u enjoy chicken soup is gone, Mac and cheese and cream spinach gone just Fxckin give up for crying out loud smh

Ordered online paid and went to pick it up n they are absolutely closed. Idk how any place can allow online orders and charge you and they are closed. What a rip off honestly and a waste of time. Google needs to update this as permanently closed. And i want my refund but there is no customer service for boston market. This is such a circus.

NEVER AGAIN!Management is needed at this location!Service was not helpful while ordering and we even had to go back to order drinks.Speaking of drinks, out of around 10 choices, about 8 were not an option. Coke and Sprite had no syrup, lemonade was water and other lemonades were out of order. Food was barely warm and cold by the time we finally got our drinks. Chicken was moist, but certainly wasn't fresh and barely warm as well.Housekeeping was horrendous! Should have gone with my instincts and left, when I saw the filthy windows and doors before I entered. The walls, floors and doors were no better, inside. Disgusting! No wonder we were the only customers!Around 4:30, you would expect them to be getting ready for the early bird diners. Nope!Bathroom was disgusting as well and the big stall was locked, so that left one stall for all customers.If this is the norm, I don't expect them to be open very much longer. Employees will have to find new jobs to not care about.Sad to see this, as we love the Boston Market in Florida. No way would a franchise this disgusting, survive there. Hope this honest review helps to turn things around.Update: Just read other reviews. They know, but dont care. Sorry I wasted my time with a review.

Used to really like Boston Market, but recently have been very disappointed. Called today and they ONLY have chicken ( no turkey or anything else). Their sides are VERY limited, too. We had a few gift cards and have used most up because I don't think our local one (Fishkill, NY) will be open much longer, unless they get more varied food delivered. Definitely has gone downhill. Restaurant could use an update, also, if they plan on staying in business.

Yuck roaches literally walking around on the table where the buckets of food are. And it was the small babies which means definitely more hiding around. Shame to because Boston market used to be good

We just ordered a 5 person family meal and we got it home and it tasted like the metal the food has been sitting in all day. The chicken was dry and had been sitting in the warmer probably all day. We took one bite and threw it all away!

Most ignorant Boston market ever been to. They wait for me to pull in and then lock the doors on me 10 minutes before they close sitting in there refusing to serve me does it take me 5 minutes to order my food and go about my business. The store is terrible and the employees are ignorant
