It appears that the this Burger King don’t care about their customers. I guess employers get paid even when they do a horrible job. It’s sad cause the franchise is hurting in our New York area because the standard of service is very low. Please owners and managers really importance of how you serve your product. It’s been consistently poor no matter what Burger King I have tried in the Hudson Area. Let’s stop serving customers sloppy product. Period!

I placed a Burger King delivery order last night with a third party service and the delivery person delivered the wrong order.
So I spoke to the night BK manager, who confirmed the wrong order was delivered and was very apologetic. She was very understanding, friendly, and cordial handling the situation, although the delivery was no fault whatsoever of Burger King itself, but rather the delivery service.
She is to be commended for her refreshing and professional attitude and thank you.

Swung by the drive-thru for breakfast. Food was hot, hit the spot. Manager looked stressed but still held it down and got me my order quick. Respect for that.
