Food was good. Service was nice. We actually went on New Years Eve. It was surprisingly crowded. Thanks for the good time. Happy New Year.

The horseradish encrusted prime rib is my all-time favorite. The cowboy Ribeyes are great too. So many great cuts of steak here. Also, the rib special is a steal. Includes salad bar!

Went for lunch Saturday and it was lovely, me and my girlfriend usually go out once a month to catch up Charlie Browns might be out more frequent place to go. Great service from Tori, great salad bar, great soup. Only negative thing is the lighting.

Every time I come we have outstanding service and an amazing meal. Saturday night was our first encounter with Tori as a server and she kept the tradition of excellent service alive. Big thank you to Charlie Browns employees for always doing their best for each and every customer. Drinks and food are always good, steaks that melt in your mouth and drinks that look better than the picture. Charlie Browns is a MUST visit in Fishkill.

Great place to eat tori was very helpful when asked what her favorite dish as since I was having trouble deciding. got the Parmesan crusted chicken and it is not my favorite dish as well. Very clean restaurant and the workers really know their stuff when it comes to whats good.

Let me just say that I've been going to Charlie browns for prime rib for years. It's good the salad bar is good. The service is decent but this place needs a remodel, which sadly based on how slow business is for them I doubt will occur. While food areas are clean and the food being prepared promptly and properly is not a prime beef place. That's just reality. If you want a decent steak or prime rib for not a lot of money prepared the way you like it then go here. If your looking for a religious steak experience like you would get at the old homestead in nyc then you get what you paid for. The carpet smells in some areas and I think it's from people loading up their places from the salad bar and dropping and spilling on the way. Back to their table. The place is just tired and needs of a make over. It's also fairly dark inside. You may need a flashlight depending where you sit. With all that said, if your looking for decent well prepared food at a fair price don't overlook this place. It does have something to offer. I'd put it above Outback Steakhouse and just below Texas Roadhouse for steak quality.

I used to go to another location in NJ years ago until it sadly closed. I had been meaning to try this location for a while now but based on previous reviews I was cautious. Once I saw that more recent reviews were favorable I figured I'd give it a try. We went on a Thursday night and it wasn't super crowded and we were seated promptly. We noticed that it was quite dated inside with old chairs, a rug that has seen better years that had dirt and other things on it and it was just lackluster. The utensils were tired looking and were dirty so I grabbed a clean set from another empty table. I sat directly under the light above the table so that I could see better. Otherwise the table was clean, the restaurant smelled pleasant and the salad bar was plentiful. Our waiter was attentive and brought us drink refills once he saw we were running low. I opted for a queen cut prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and the salad bar. The salad bar has always been a favorite of mine as they have a lot of great salad fixings and pasta salads. I must say that they kept it full and the person who attended to it came out a few times and really didn't let anything get very low which I appreciated. All of the ingredients were very fresh including the lettuce mix - I really hate when the lettuce is too wet or browned or mushy and this lettuce was crisp, dry and green - and I really enjoyed my salad. My prime rib was excellent and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Admittedly my prime rib wasn't super hot but it wasn't cold either (it always seems to get cold quick no matter where I eat it!) It was cooked to perfection and I ate it all. Another one of my favorite items from this restaurant that I used to go here for and after many years of not having it I wasn't disappointed. All in all I will definitely be back. I just hope they consider updating it a bit.

Had another great meal at Charlie Brown's today. Our server, Alejandra, did an excellent job as usual. She made sure my girlfriend and I were taken care of. Our drinking classes were never empty, she gave us extra cocktail sauce for my shrimp, and she always has a smile. She makes our meals very enjoyable at this fine restaurant.

Came here for dinner on Valentines day since We were staying in a hotel nearby. The service was good, host and waitress were both nice. When I checked in on YELP it offered a free appetizer; however the waitress still made me download the Charlie Browns app to redeem the appetizer. It was not that much of an inconvenience, but I did not really want to sit on my phone downloading an app and registering at dinner. Anyway, the firecracker shrimp was delicious. We also had the salad bar which was good (I liked the pasta salads). I had the chicken marsala and my boyfriend had the Parmesan crusted chicken. The food was pretty good. I would return if i was in the area again

My wife and I always fall back on Charlie Browns Fishkill as a regular... has always been the same prime rib dinner. Sad to say this time was much different. My 14 oz. Charlie cut was about 1/2 the size... the garlic mash potatoes had a strange taste, like fake potatoes ... we were told they changed chefs... well we will be waiting for some time before we go back... hopefully they will get a new chef.Sad because we always liked how consistent they were. The salad bar and service did not change... just the prime rib dinner which is the only reason we go there.

Our server Tori was absolutely pleasant, kind and lovely. She made sure we received our drinks on time as well as our meals. Once we had our meals, Tori would return at our table to make sure everything was fine. Tori asked if we wanted desert at the end of our meals. She was absolutely devine! Hope we get her when we go again!!

I’ve dined here 4 separate occasions while on business . All but one have been excellent . Staff is good but can be on the slow side. Food is great . Salad bar (unlimited) is awesome . If you desire spinach instead of lettuce head to the end of the salad bar first!

I use to stop by Charlie Browns after work for happy hour, we'll my friends moved and I didn't come by anymore. The other day I decided to stop by since I was in the area. I must say they are consistent. I was very happy with my servers and the happy hour prices. When I'm in the area I will certainly stop by for a beverage and something to eat.

Absolutely the worst food, I used to love Charlie’s Brown but I don’t know what happened. I ordered the Charlie cut of Prime Rib, and I swear I have gotten a larger more flavorable cut from the semi fast food chain Boston Market. The salad bar was good but without meats and such on it, it surely isn’t worth $12.99.
