DIRTY!!! Everywhere you look OSHA would fine them. Was too scared to check the restroom. Cross contamination. food all over floor in prep area, food all over dining room. Had to sit outside on dirty tables. Well staffed but clearly management is lacking. Utensil area missing utensils and dirty. Shift change was happening but the shift earlier shift didn't clean up after themselves for the second shift. Food taste standard but due to the filth, I will report back if stomach issues arise! Stay clear of this place if you can.

I ordered a bowl and they were missing half the items, I submitted a complaint in the app and just got a free side of it guacamole that expires but the whole bowl sucked cause there was no guacamole. Ruined the meal ruined there review.

Worst run franchise ever. Ever. It's a big chaotic mess and they always.... and I mean always, are out of food at precisely dinner time.
They are so precise with their incompetence, it almost seems intentional.

by reading the reviews i see why i had my experience. arrived to pick up a online order on Sunday. The staff was flustered, the to go orders were backed up even though no one was in the restaurant but the people picking up the to go orders. all because the rice was not done. one guy was having a full tantrum in front of every one and also being completely rude to the customers .. he needs to be fired. this location needs to be re staffed and re trained.

Every time I order from this Chipotle through the app, the food is never actually ready when I arrive—even though the app says it is. They mark the order as “ready” while they’re still making it, which causes delays and confusion.
Also, it’s unclear which entrance to use. Sometimes the front door is open, other times they use the left-side door, but there’s never a sign indicating which one is in use. It’s frustrating having to guess which door will be open each time.
I have always loved Chipotle, freshly prepared food that is delicious. This location has always been great, until the last few times I visited. The chips are usually out and at least one of the other items, be it a meat or rice choice also seems to be out or not up to par.

Do folks actually have good experiences? Genuine question. I’ve come here maybe 4-5 times and every time it’s a 25 minute wait (one person taking orders, 7 behind them doing…something else? who knows?) and they’re regularly out of key ingredients or menu options and they wait until you’ve already waited those 25 minutes in line before telling you. Today I was 7th in line, and it was that bad. Oof.

The kid behind the counter named Bryan serving the food is nothing but disrespectful on both counts of coming to this chipotle. I asked for extra rice no problem then chicken and Gave me half a scoop both times telling the other coworkers I’m not dealing with this today if people want extra you make sure they pay for it. It’s extra rice if you hate your job then quit it.

I placed an online order on 03/26/2025 and I got less then half a bowl full of food. I tried contacting Chipotle but since it was an order through the app I had to use the bot chat, they said it was going to be followed up by the leadership team and as of today I have not heard from anyone. I want a refund for this issue and I will now have to make sure to inspect the food, very disappointed with this place and how the food has been lately and the lack of concern. If there is no chips or something instead of them being able to refund from the store you are told to contact support. There should be a feature that can be done so they can do it.

Staying at a nearby hotel and ordered takeout online - honey chicken burrito and chips/queso. Order was ready in less than 10 minutes, burrito was great, chips/queso are always good. Overall - good food and service.
Only issue was I forgot to add a tip online and when I tried to give a cash tip when I picked up my order, I was told they’re not allowed to accept cash tips. I assume there’s a reason for this but if you can tip online, why not cash?
