The food was tasty, and the waiter aimed to please. No water glasses routinely on the table. I would have preferred a different smell other than pine sol .

The food was really great! A little spicy, but I like it that way, and I was warned. I ordered the nachos and the Pollo ranchero. I would definitely go back!!

Went here for dinner on a Tuesday night. The service was great and the waiter was very attentive. The food however, wasn't great. I hate to write a bad review for a local place but it wasn't great. The chicken chimichanga had a huge amount of shredded chicken but it was bland and dry. My son had the beef chimichanga and said the same thing, bland. The chicken inside the mole poblano was also dry and bland without the overbearing mole. The mole was spicier than I'm used to but not terrible. The rice and black beans tasted alright although the rice was more wet than usual. Overall not good and can't recommend.

I’m shocked! The most authentic Mexican restaurant I’ve been to since moving back. Amazing. Order the pozole ???

This is as real find of Mexican food. Unassuming restaurant, in Fishkill Main Street, but gourmet like food. As soon as you are seated they bring a huge bowl of chips and salsa. They also have a full bar with many kinds of beer.
Now for the food, always comes pipping hot. The “ huge” chimichanga steak was out of this world, medium rare as order, lots of cheeses. Came with pico de gallo, avocado, delicious yellow rice and yummy black beans. Pollo sal y arena, sauté chicken breast with shrimps and clams in a creamy liqueur sauce, very delicious ; also came with the house salad and rice and beans. Service is very pretty and always with a smile. Prices are great. Try them and you’ll become a fan.

I can't reccomend this place enough! Amazing food, great flavor, big portions. You'll be happy with whatever you get. I'd come just for the salsa alone!

I’ve been to Cilantro twice. It has mixed reviews, but I’m not one to be scared off by those. The first time I had the enchiladas de mole poblano y pollo. I try mole often because I love chocolate and the idea of it in a sauce intrigues me. Cilantro’s mole is the best I’ve ever tasted with a richness and depth of flavor I haven’t had elsewhere. My husband had the chicken taco salad and was impressed as well. They did not skimp on the chicken and it didn’t taste like Cisco chicken. Last night I had the black bean and mango salad. It was good but I ate some of it with chips as it was sweet and their salsa is sweet too. House margs are $1.50 off during happy hour - bringing them to $8.50 at the time of this review. José was attentive and my meal came quickly last night.
