Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Went to dinner Sunday 4pm 8/24/25 waited 40 mins for a table.entrance doors filthy inside and out ! Pancake ice cold and burnt my cheeseburger was cold and cheese not melted on top dinning room floors were filthy and waited 25 mins for food silverware in brow paper bags were filthy and food stuck to the silverware corporate needs to let alot of employees go at this location and hire people that make an attempt to serve the public the right way ! This joint is a total embarrassment to cracker barrel! This use to be a great location years ago but like they say everything woke turns to 💩

Had a simple, quick dinner the other night - large salad, chicken tenders for dipping with a very small bowl of mac n cheese - perfect. We noticed that there seemed to be less salt in our selections - a good thing for us! Time at the gift shop found two gifts for family members - another plus.

Been coming here for years but this location is struggling. Awful experience tonight. Took forever to be seated with dining room half full. Forever to get food which was cold and undercooked. Had to flag down the server after about 15 minutes to tell her. Awful experience. For the record I don't care about the logo change. Really sad I loved this place

I love Cracker Barrel but they served me bad coleslaw.
I dont know how long did they prepared it, or food was not store at a proper temperature even color looks bad.
I know main dish is freshly cook and it tastes delicious but side dishes you have to be careful since they are prepared i dont know for how long and again at the right temperature
