Love the building. I've never been in a DD that big before.super clean, and the staff was super friendly. I like the chemistry and teamwork the morning crew has. Definitely will come back to this location.

I am currently on a business trip and have been visiting this establishment for quick breakfasts. The staff is polite and efficient in fulfilling orders. It is an ideal location for a speedy meal.

Sad to say the place was not very busy. Its filthy the floor at the work station, the sugar station for the customers, the seating area inside the building had food, crumbs everywhere. A big turn off also the staff is unfriendly and the person taking our order drops a bag of cups on the floor then proceeds to place it on the counter that has coffee and milk drippings everywhere. Ughhhh not going there again.

I went out of my way on a 16-hour long drive to get a Dunkins decafe coffee, and this Dunkins had no hot or iced decafe coffee. I have never been to a Dunkins that did not have decafe coffee.So we only used tve the restroom, and we did not get the donut we wanted as what good is a donut with out coffe late at night.
Just bought a strawberry coolatta and had to throw it out because it was so sour and barely tasted the strawberries.

With a corporation as large as Dunkin Donuts you would think they would be able to list there hours of operation correctly. It’s frustrating when a store says it’s open till a certain time so you drive there just for them to be closed. Do better Dunkin.

This whole Dunkin is trash they cannot get organized you will seriously wait 30-40 min the drive thru with only 2-3 cars inc don’t of you. 4 MAX!!!!Idk if the people that work there just don’t care or need better training and that is 4 out of the 5 days of the work week, this Dunkin should be ashamed of

I'm getting really sick and tired of going to Dunkin' Donuts in the middle of the afternoon and them being out of donuts or other menu items. I went to this Dunkin at 3:30 in the afternoon, and they were out of bagel twists. So I asked for a glazed donut. And guess what? They didn't have anymore. I'm gonna assume that they either don't know their traffic patterns and do not order enough for the day, or the staff is just too lazy to bring it out or make more bagels.I am also extremely frustrated when I receive something that was in their toaster oven, and it tastes like burnt plastic. I happen to know that if they removed the paper liner after every other order, that nasty disgusting flavor would not be ingrained in the food. It's so bad that when you walk into that restaurant, it smells like burnt plastic. The simple act of removing the paper would fix this. DD management needs to look into this.

Whoever the newer girl is with dark hair and hand tattoos (maybe Spanish) is beyond rude. I have encountered her twice in the last week and she has had a nasty attitude each time. Sucks because every other employee in the morning is super sweet. This other girl should be fired for speaking to people the way she does. She acts like you’re bothering her when you’re just ordering? As for the other ladies thank you for being kind to someone just trying to get a cup of coffee before work.
