Worst Dunkin Service ever, and Justin I don’t forgot about you that you purposefully neglected my order, you were hanging around, looking me looking away and not doing anything till I asked you where the rest of my order was. I have never send any negative review to any Dunkin branch, but this one, come such a bad experience. I was going to write what everything happened, but when I looked into the rest of the comments section….To management, you should train your employees better and make sure to have a store manager present at all times, or appoint one of the shift employees as a shift supervisor. Worst Dunkin experience ever. I hope Dunkin algorithm picks this message up and investigates. Maybe this Dunkin even needs to be shut off or replace the team……whatever

I’m not one to write reviews but every time I try to give this location a chance it never fails to disappoint me! I only ordered one drink inside to beat the wait on drive thru line. I still waited 15 mins to get my drink which was a decaf coffee hot with cream and sugar! To top it off I was made an incorrect drink ordered coffee and received a hot tea! I think the girl must be new but I receive my drink 2-3 mins later after I brought it back saying it was made incorrectly and it was so bitter tasting not the way I wanted my coffee the order/sticker said 3 creams and 2 sugars and the coffee was near black. I was so fed up i just ended up leaving because I was late for work for waiting 15 mins could bear to be in there any longer! Just wasted my time, money & a coffee for no reason.

Honestly worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. I came here bc they said they closed at 9pm I came at like 7 but ordered on the app which they didn’t have the their store as closed to where we couldn’t order. So we get there and found it was closing early at 8 but doors were locked and everything. We knocked because I just wanted my money back they looked at us and COMPLETELY ignored us thinking we were some Karen or something but all I wanted was my money back I then got upset knocked on drive through window and explained to them I want my money back also it doesn’t say it closed at 7?? She goes “we’re understaff and close an hour early for cleaning” which was confusing bc it doesn’t say online they close at 7 or on the paper they had on the door they didn’t even closed their store down on the app which I know they can do because I know people who work at Dunkin. Honestly a disappointment I came again and they got my drink wrong never coming here again.

Dear owner change your damn hot coffee cups! Why am I spending $5 on a coffee every morning that leaks from the bottom! They are cheap and horrible cups and need to be changed immediately! I couldn’t even enjoy my coffee!

I stop here every day for my coffee, today I stopped in at 315 and it seems like they had a new guy on the register. Not a problem, I ordered on the kiosk because I needed to get a move on and get to work, there were two girls who were not helping him at all, and instead they were messing around and joking around instead of helping. I sat there for 10 mins without my drink coming out, and my order said ready on the screen I ask the lady what’s up with order and she said trust me your order is being worked on, then turns around and makes the worst coffee I’ve had in a long time. Terrible

Love the building. I've never been in a DD that big before.super clean, and the staff was super friendly. I like the chemistry and teamwork the morning crew has. Definitely will come back to this location.
