Giving a two star to the employees that actually did something. There was someone in the back that just watched the entire experience. I had a single coffee and they had a whole line of orders. The one in the back saw and did nothing. Its either they dont monitor this place or the staff only chooses when to work. A+ from the two that actually helped me.

Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts and when I went in there were people waiting in line and also for their orders! Service was very slow, and when they finally took my order there was none made!! Come on this is a coffee shop. Did not ask if I wanted cream or sugar just assume they were black!! Finally got my coffee and it was filled so high to the rim and mostly milk!! I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts!! Signed frustrated!!

Horrible Dunkin..gone numerous times at 7:45 am and the place is closed. Order bagel with cream cheese they can't even get that right. Half the time there is only one person there during the morning rush other half of the time there just isnt anyone there at all. I try and order through the app before i leave my house and i still have to sit there and wait 10+ min for a simple order. unbelievable.

Not thrilled with this one. No focus on cross-contamination issues. I observed that one employee took a customer's money and then prepared his food, and another employee charged with handling food repeatedly rubbed their face in the process of preparing drive-thru customer's orders.

this has to be the worst Dunkin donuts in the history of Dunkin donuts again today the store was closed completely it is the third time in the last three weeks that this is happened. I don't understand why they do not hire the right people. I passed to other Dunkin donuts this morning on my way here. I ended up going across the street to Mobil gas station where they had Green Mountain coffee and much friendlier service. Why is this Dunkin donuts treated like the stepchild of the entire company? I noticed no one responds to reviews they are probably embarrassed ofI noticed no one responds to reviews they are probably embarrassed of the store

Went to get a dozen donuts and walked out as 3 or 4 flies were in and out of the donuts
This Dunkin Donuts is in a gas station I wasn't here as a customer for donuts I was buying gas and using the restroom but the restroom was very clean and quite nice for a gas station restroom probably cuz it's also a Dunkin Donuts.
