This place brings inflation to a new level with a bagel quality slightly above Dunkin donuts. No complaints about the service or store cleanliness but the bagels frankly are not good for $5.20 for one bagel and veggie cream cheese. Bagel shoppe near CVS in fishkill is no better. Hopewell hot bagels is half the price and the bagels are honestly the best bagels outside the 5 boroughs. So to sum it up it's a nice place with good service but the bagel is not even close to worth the price they charge.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The store looks clean and tidy. They have seating available and to go option. Their menu is full. I ordered 2 The O.G. bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, and 2 coffees, one black one with oat milk. The one with milk was too dark, not enough milk. The sandwich as a whole was not bad. The bagel was mostly crispy, not chewy on the inside. Overall, it's not bad for a quick breakfast or coffee place. I recommend it.

I have always enjoyed coming here when I’m in the area…. Food is on the expensive side but it’s always fresh quality food so in my opinion it’s worth it. I’m primarily writing this review because Tomás and the exemplary service he provided today. He went above and beyond. To top it off the chicken & egg sandwhich was delicious as always. Thank you!

this place is a waste of time! they up charge on everything. i spent 8.20 on a breakfast sandwich. they have items on their menu that they won’t even have in store & will choose what to make for you & when you complain it’s wrong they tell you they can’t give you your money back! worst place i’ve been & the guy is disgusting! he told me to call the company about getting my number back and when i called THE NUMBER IT WAS HIM ON THE PHONE AGAIN!

The restaurant is great. The customer service for Grubhub is terrible. My first order didn't even get properly delivered to me, and then the food disappeared because they didn't bring it to my door and when I complained all they did was re-order it for me and didn't even give me a single dollar off even though that meant I was now waiting in an hour for my initial delivery.
