The outside dining area was perfect for lunch! Our waitress was nice, but not very attentive. My friends ordered salads which were very good. I ordered mussels. The mussels were fresh, but had very little flavor. It was a broth with little flavor. I had to add salt and pepper to my dish. I will probably never go back.
This place was everything I hoped it would be. The short rib was so tender it melted in your mouth like ice cream and the salmon was cooked to perfection with an amazing crust on the outside and tender inside. Nothing was overseasoned and it was was just devinely delicious
My wife and I live down in Queens and we're up visiting my sister who lives in poughkeepsie. We were going to the Hudson Valley Renegades game and needed a place to eat beforehand. We just happened to stumble upon Farm to Table Bistro and haven't been able to stop talking about it since. If this restaurant was in our neighborhood we would be eating there once a week at least.
