Lazy staff showed up 10 min before closing had called in an order. When I showed up they were cleaning shake machine lady said “sorry we have no more shakes” I asked why didn’t you make the shake lady says “ I didn’t see it” pure laziness

One of my go to’s when I order out. I like their fries and they are able to do bunless burger wrapped in lettuce. Overall good!

Foods good as always. This review is for Nelsy! Hope I’m spelling it right. She’s got it DOOOOWN. She ran the milkshake station DOWN THE LÍNE TO THE FRIES. Not to mention everything was so clean, she was just AMAZING. This is the best milkshake I’ve ever had!! Like yessss girl!! GET IT.

Food was good. The only issue is staffing. The staff was nice but they just don't have enough people to have 2 people preparing food at the line but there are 2 ppl doing online orders so on store, the line is out the door. Could use more staff or better distribution. Best bet is to order ahead and hope it's right.

I've gone to a few different 5 guys and this was by far the best. Service was great, workers were so kind and wow they made my burger perfect ! They added a bunch of jalapeños to my burger & bacon. The one I go to the most in Lancaster, NY, they add maybe 2-3 slices of jalapeño & a slice or two of bacon, lol, so that was cool. My hubby's burger was amazing he said as well ! Next time in the area, we will def be back 🍔🌶🥓
