The food was good. I mean, it's jersey mikes, so I wasn't expecting a croque madam or porchetta on a baguett-a. Generally, based on past experiences, jersey mike's is hit-or-miss. The club sandwich was totally what I was craving however, and it definitely delivered.
This review is for the service primarily.. I guess I came in at the tail end of dinner rush, and it seemed like there was a lot of confusion in the kitchen, banging those last tickets out for deliveries. I had to wait for a while, no big. I was impressed with the staff's ability to remain personable and accommodating, to myself and other customers who experienced a lengthy wait. Some folks were irritated, and the staff was apologetic and seemed to be genuinely concerned with keeping everyone happy. Not everyone responded positively, but it's not like it's their fault they were busy.. but they definitely could benefit from adding one more staff member for dinner rush. The employees i spoke to were awesome and funny, and I recommend stopping by sometime. The only complaint is more of a recommendation that they improve staffing, and maybe focus more on serving the customers that are physically waiting in the store, instead of a stack of door dash tickets or whatever.. they can wait a little bit longer.

Stopped here for lunch and so glad we did! Service was fast and friendly. Our sandwiches were delicious and everything tasted fresh! Italian sub and Philly cheese steak are highly recommended!

I have visited this location many, many times ordered both on line and in store and have ordered just a single sandwich or a catering box- the food, service and employees are wonderful every time - acknowledging when anyone walks in, online orders ready and waiting in designated area - in store service great - and the sandwiches always made to perfection!

Let’s judge a place we all actually have been to!! Nice try. This location is dirty. Unorganized and unattended. Suppose management needs training. You don’t work under him, you lay under him. Sandwiches soggy, hot ones are cold.
DO NOT WORK HERE!!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!! BE CAREFUL!!! LIARS AND DIRTY!!!!! The one thing I can tell you is that the problem stems from the owner allowing her manager to run a circus. He is leading by example, stealing hours and not cleaning himself. In fact The manager on one occasion dropped a full turkey and then laughed when he showed the others to follow in his footsteps to dip into the sanitizing water to rinse. You sure want to eat there?? Report to OSHA! He takes an employee off schedule not giving the courtesy to explain why so unemployment NYS labor will also hear about that. Making accusations on closing store early when he was not even a shift leader with keys. So decision came from "leader". Claiming it was the employees fault to not be able to come in for a shift that was communicated in a group text platform. The other person took shift but was late and the blame is on him. No warning was issued regarding an apron being forgotten or worn no write ups for covering a grill 5 mins before closing because he was proactive and cleaning. Again, no warnings and no communications!!!! They see on camera when they want to single one out but poor representation of the management and leads while owner is not there all the time. I have been in numerous times and while I get my food online i don't have to wait-the kids are there tossing things left and right and the language is highly inappropriate. The manager to be nameless is Coward so unprofessional and clocking himself hours when not there to only lie and get paid for 50hrs. Employees are all complaining. I have screenshots of conversations and receipts. Do not allow your teen to start a job at this place. It's sad and a joke. Total waste of his youth! This will be in legal action if not resolved for declaration of character of a minor and making a minor work late past NYS legal law
