The top of the bread was all hard and breaking apart and made it very messy to eat. Usually the bread is nice and soft. Hopefully this is just a one time issue. Also I had banana peppers on the sandwich and almost choked on a big stem that was in the sandwich. They should pay attention when adding toppings to the sandwiches when they’re making it. Just a suggestion.

The past 3 orders ive made where Ive asked for pickles, staff continues to forget to add them. Being in the restaurant business myself, I understand customer service. For a deli to consistently forget that when asked 3x in a row is a little absurd.

UPDATE: make that 4x in a row. Never going here again. Simple ask.. i give you 100% of the money.. you make 100% of the sandwich. ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Not sure what's going on with the hours. This is the second time in as many weeks that I've shown up prior to 9pm, the closing time printed on the door, and have been turned away. During my most recent trip I was told that I failed to notice the piece of looseleaf paper taped to one of the doors that says they close at 7pm, apparently.
It would be awesome if the new hours of operation were accurately reflected online.

I have come here twice now to get my pregnant wife her sandwich craving, and they have been closed within their buisness hours. Once on a sunday last week at 4pm and now as well. What kind of buuissnes is not open during buisness hours? You need update your online hours or figure out whatever issues you are having that keeps you from being open. I will not be wasting my time and driving here again.

I placed a mobile order at 5:30pm, App said pick up at 5:55pm. I was a little late 6:03pm, these things happen I’m sure the staff would understand. I walked in and was ignored by the four staff members behind the counter for about 10 minutes so I just awkwardly stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence while the other customer was rung up. It was finally my turn and I just said I had a mobile order and what it was. They didn’t have it and they made a sandwich and tried charging it to me. So I’m out like $12 for a simple blt. Never going back and definitely not paying $24 for a blt I had ordered almost an hour before.

Placed an order for a sandwhich with no tomatoes( due to a food allergy) with extra mayo. When my food was delivered they only put tomatoes on it. I brought it back and asked for the sandwhich to be remade with no tomatoes and extra mayo and when I get back to work they didn’t put any mayo on it. This is so frustrating because we have to take time off of work to pick up our food and jersey mikes really isn’t cheap. Kid on the phone had an attitude when I called and one of the workers was going to remake my sandwich by just pulling off the tomatoes until I told them about my allergy

Employees are kinda rude. they gave me the wrong bread and the wrong sauces and more. i even tried correcting them and they told me it’s correct. i highly recommend not going to these specific location or all the jersey mikes in general.

We stopped here while traveling on our way home from a college visit- stopped in at 7:02pm to get a sub for my daughter who has celiac and therefore limited food options when traveling. The employee refused to make a sandwich since he said they closed at 7pm and he’d have to “clean everything up” in order to make her sandwich. Jersey Mike’s is her favorite restaurant in our town and this is NOT the customer service we are accustomed to at Jersey Mike’s. Operating outside of normal business hours, not having your door locked so that customers can enter, then refusing service to a customer with little to no other fast food options is shameful.
