My son took me here for the brunch on Sunday. What a wonderful choice. We had two different, super tasty breakfast sandwiches. We had the egg sandwich with avocado and the BLAT GF/DF, for my son. They were both delicious. We had Mimosas and coffees, also delicious and fun. It's a beautifully decorated, large space with plenty of tables. The atmosphere & ambience was warm and inviting. When you enter, you proceed to the rear to order/pay. The service was impeccable, with our food brought to us by a staff member in a white chef jacket and French scarf. I loved it. I will definitely be back. Fishkill is a great walking town too. Enjoy the Fall colors, as you walk down the main street, Rte.52.

I attended a wedding rehearsal dinner at La Sorella. The restaurant prepared an off the menu dinner course for a party of about 30 people. The antipasti were plentiful and delicious. The pasta dishes were also very generous in portion size and very tasty. Lastly, the dinner finished with perfectly cooked grilled salmon and roast pork. The service was courteous and efficient. The restaurant is spacious and a pleasing atmosphere.

i want to preface this by saying the staff was extremely nice and accommodating! they gave me a warm welcome and the first girl, i didn’t catch her name but she has red hair, introduced the cafe really well and even let me know of things like the milk alternatives they had before i ordered. once, i ordered two coffees and a nutella stuffed croissant it came out in a reasonable time. the main issue is the croissant itself tasted really quite okay. almost like a Costco croissant. i asked to replace it and the staff members again were very accommodating and kind. one of them exchanged it for one more fresh but maybe it’s just the quality of the croissant. seems like they were just hoping the loads of cream and berries and nutella would make up for it? i left pretty disappointed because it just seems as this is another cafe that wants to look good on camera but not deliver quality food. maybe i ordered the wrong thing by getting a pastry instead of a sandwich or something but i think half their appeal is the large pastry selection. maybe this can be a moment of reflection. unfortunately, not sure if i’d come back.

Fantastic experience. I accidentally dropped my coffee on the table and I must say, (I’ve done an absolute mess) and even though, the staff were absolutely kind. No dirty looks or anything of the kind. Very tasty coffee and pastries!

This was the second time I have eaten here and I love it. Today I brought my friend from New Milford Ct to treat her to lunch for her birthday, I dont remember what I had the first time, but today I had the chinese salad which was absolutely wonderful & she had the caesar salad with chicken which she raved about. We were there until 2pm and people were constantly coming in.....I will be back.

Caesar salad was dressed with probably half cup of dressing rendering it inedible. Needs lemon or acid, more greens. Tried a few more times, but the food experiences were underwhelming. It might benefit to have one of the many servers there, occasionally drop in on a table to ask how everthing is? Many items dried out, not the quality I would expect. A shame because its really lovely inside, and the beverages are also good.
