Yessss! Where have I been? Where have YOU been, if you haven’t discovered this Fishkill gem! I found it yesterday just driving out of the parking lot and looking up I saw my favorite word “Balsamic”. I needed some, so I popped inside. The rest is history! Never again will I buy balsamic OR olive oil in any grocery store. You won’t believe me when I say DELISH! So you just have to go yourself. Each sample tasted better than the last, so pace yourself and run out of the store after you buy 4 bottles on your first visit like I did. Trust me you have plenty of reasons to keep going back. These will be my Thanksgiving hostess gifts & my Christmas gifts for years to come. Toni has such a passion for her job! What an excellent, cheerful and knowledgeable salesperson! Owners, please never take her for granted. Employees everywhere should show such “pride of ownership.” I would love to see/buy a 12 tiny mini-bottle sampler of different flavors. Like a flavor of the month final collection for the holidays. What a perfect gift, teaser, and flavor marketing-tool that would be!

This store was recommended to me by my nutritionist for clean eating with flair. Absolutely the best balsamic I’ve ever tried. Purchased many flavors, all amazing! Looking forward to pairing flavored oils with various balsamic once I can add oil to my diet again. Amazing selection in all sizes; makes great gifts! Today I walked out with balsamic- 25 Star white, my favorite, 25 Star dark, and orange mango. Purchased chocolate balsamic for a gift, and purchased two rustic, adorable glitter heart painted white mason jars. So many gift ideas but go for yourself and sample. Toni is so helpful and knowledgeable! This store is Simply the BEST!

Beautiful place to find imported oils to eat. Keep the families and those in need who are looking for a place to call their own to continue to work and to rest. Those who do not work and are idle can work and help in teams and groups to build their towns and villages. More small beautiful quaint places and perfect cities while people walk and share transportation.

Such a fun little shop! The staff has always been friendly and so helpful when trying different flavors. They have a great variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars that you can get in different sizes. They also have a bottle recycle program - bring back your bottles for a discount on a different bottle.Flavored olive oils and vinegars make fantastic gifts! They are also fun for cooking and stepping up your salad game. My personal favorites are mixing a spicy olive oil with a sweet balsamic (like cayenne oil and a cranberry balsamic vinegar).Not sure what you like? Just ask for samples and discover something delicious! They have other fun food items and accessories to make fabulous gifts or add to your own collection.They usually have a booth at the Dutchess County Fair as well.
