It is my favorite Panera bread place. I think a lot other people like it as well because this place is very busy on some days. That causes delays in orders that is why it is only four stars for the service. The workers are friendly and always willing to help you that is why this place stands out.

Ran out of their regular coffee at 4:30 on a cold Saturday afternoon and had to wait 10 minutes for them to brew some.

I have a twofold impression of this location. On the one hand, the staff is friendly. But on the other hand, I have a feeling that there are not enough people to work there. Or poor management. Very often there are queues at any time of the day. I have a subscription to Sip Club Drink and order drinks online. It's easy enough to put an empty cup with a receipt on the order shelf, but that almost never happens. I order online so I don't interrupt with anyone. It's especially silly to have to stand in line just to get an empty cup. It often happens that the counter is out of coffee. Or creamer. Or honey. Sometimes all of them. And then you have to go stand in line again to get something that should have been ready a long time ago. Or just give up and take what's available, because it's too much effort just to get your coffee. In addition- tasty food, but small portions for the money. Always on our travels we visit Panera when we want soup. Few vegetarian options.
Today i got sick 6 hours after eating the Smokehouse BBQ chicken classic symptoms of food poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea. My stomach is killing me. I ate from this place several times and never had a problem. I guest this was not my lucky day.
Should rename their "rapid pick-up" to "slow ass pick-up". They alerted me that my order is ready for pick-up an hour before my order actually came out. Followed-up my order 3x. I asked the older guy nicely to help me but was rude to talk to. Could be the manager, but please humble yourself. Just because i look different from you doesn’t mean you’ll treat me in another way. Anyway food was great. But service is 1. And the place is not welcoming.

This place needs to be cleaned. It's really dirty. It makes you wonder if eating here is safe. Customer service is nice. However, that doesn't make up for the dirty kitchen floors and tables.
