I love the food , but there’s no problem solving when it comes to issues within the store itself. 12/26/25 @ Panera an older man taking pictures of women and I inside the store and I , confronting one of the employees about it. I’m not sure if the problem was resolved by the time I left the restaurant. I’m not comfortable or do I think anyone would be comfortable with older men taking pictures of me when I’m doing my best to enjoy a meal with my family a day after Christmas…

A good and reliably friendly Panera. Always clean, internet available, no-one is rushing you out. Has a gas fireplace. Only thing i find they are out of most of the bakery and pastry items by 5pm. I but bagels and fresh bread there and they seldom have it after work so have to go to Peekskill location or go very early in the morning. Portions seem smaller than they use to be at all paneras but this store is ok on portions.

An error in the app caused our order to get sent somewhere six hours away and I was ready to cry (road trip with three hungry young children) but the manager very kindly walked me through the steps to refund the incorrect order and re-place the order at the right store. Delicious, well-made food. Thankful for the kindness.

No candy cookies, ruined my day. When i thought it couldnt get any worse, they then had no autumm squash soup. This is the one thing that gets me out of bed for the morning, the thing i yearned for all my life, and they didnt have it. After severely destroying my mental health, they proceeded to take 45 minutes with my food while im on a tight schedule. After getting my food, the portions were smaller then any other panera bread ive been to, and my mac and cheese was around 70 percent water. That bowl was so watery that I couldve drowned in it. When i thought it couldnt get any worse, as i looked in my sandwhich i saw two miniscul specs of bacon in the sandwhich. They were rationing like they were about to get deployed to vietnam.

My go-to for working lunch at least 1x week!!! Always fresh delicious food with a brand-quality that fits the pricing …..except for their super yummy soups that I think it hard to pay $7 for a cup!!! Store manager joins his staff and efficiently works all stations alongside them from time to time. Values his customs just as well, ensuring that take-out portions are just the same as what is served when dining in. This restaurant is always clean, floors, surfaces wiped often and meticulously. Bathroom can do with a bit of updating but it’s always clean and stocked. So many delicious and very healthy choices. I LOVE their summer salads. My most often bought meal is in the attached photo: the pick-2, chicken chipotle avocado sandwich with Greek salad and a complimentary apple at the side. I double the chicken for extra protein!! Great place to work on-the-go because it’s well lit, lively but not noisy. I’ve had 4 very successful business partnering meet-ups here over the past 3 years!

We stopped in at 8:45pm after driving for 5 hours. We were greeted by Trent. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He totally made our night and reenergized us for our next 4 hours of driving that we have to do tonight. Thank you for the warm hospitality, Trent!

Patricia answered the phone for me. There was an issue with DoorDash, totally not Panera’s fault but my food had been sitting not picked up for an hour. We finally got someone to deliver it with Patricia’s help but before they did I was given a partial refund for the trouble. Then the order came & they had remade the food so it would still be hot & they also added some treats for my kids. I was so pleasantly surprised at the kindness so I tried to call back but by this time they were closed. Thank you so much to Patricia & Panera, that was so kind of you.

I’ve put off writing this review long enough, but it’s absolutely deserved. For the past two months, the service here has been nothing short of terrible worse than their Spring Street location in Poughkeepsie, which says a lot. Every single time I order ahead, the app claims my food is ready, yet I end up standing around for 30+ minutes. Only after I complain do they even bother to start making it. This isn’t just bad service it’s pure negligence. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own orders while staff stand around doing who knows what. Completely unacceptable.

I've been going to this Panera for years but the experience i had today was OUTSTANDING. The staff are ON THEIR SHIT and so unbelievably kinda and respectful. Will 100% be returning every Friday late afternoon for this crew. You guys saved me tonight! You know who you are!
