It is my favorite Panera bread place. I think a lot other people like it as well because this place is very busy on some days. That causes delays in orders that is why it is only four stars for the service. The workers are friendly and always willing to help you that is why this place stands out.
I have a twofold impression of this location.
On the one hand, the staff is friendly. But on the other hand, I have a feeling that there are not enough people to work there. Or poor management.
Very often there are queues at any time of the day. I have a subscription to Sip Club Drink and order drinks online. It's easy enough to put an empty cup with a receipt on the order shelf, but that almost never happens. I order online so I don't interrupt with...

Something happened!
The former manager Jim was all about the customer! Friendly, smiling, welcoming, etc.
The new manager…is it Jenn? I am sure she is competent , but clearly needs coaching on her “resting game face”. This is the 3rd time I have observed: she is visibly annoyed, does not show or act like she likes being there, and shakes her head at customers and acts like she is annoyed with you.
