I just ordered two Ice Beverage which come out to $35.00. My amex card notified me that l am being charge $55.00. Twenty dollars more than what l expect to be charge.

Generally, I love Sam’s Club but... Will someone please explain this logic to me. Yesterday I was in Sam’s Club. As I usually do, brought in a cart from the parking lot after wiping down the push bar. I had a totally uneventful visit, picking up the 8-10 items that I needed, and went to the self checkout. Leaving the items in the cart, I turned the bar codes up, scanned them, and paid with a card. A clerk approached me and proceeded to inform me that for Covid safety procedures, I now had to move my items over to a different cart that had just been sanitized. Really? I’ve just pushed that cart through the store, and now you want to “sanitize” it so I can push it out into the parking lot? Who mandates this stuff?

Your employees are in danger!! recieving no PPE and no hazard pay. The store is packed with peopl just browsing and touching everything. There should be rules on distancing and how many people should be in the store at once. The lives of your hardworking employees are more important than the almighty dollar.

NO SOCIAL DISTANCING @Sam’s Club despite the public health government issued order! The reckless managers including the regional one could careless; and are endangering staff and customers and themselves. The customers are in lines jammed with no distance at all (supposed to be 6ft). No barricades; there is no spacing of the cashiers at their registers; everyone is hovering over each other. Also no wipes for the shopping carts! There is absolutely NO management of line regulation by the managers who stand there doing nothing. All walks of folks go so for your safety, do not go! Sam’s Club, look at Costco, etc. ==> Sam’s Club, get your act together ASAP!

Over crowded. Stocked well. But cashier lines outrageous. Only two registers open with one employee operating. Normally two people operate and assist at register. Long self checkouts lines. Just a mess for a Saturday. Not prepared at all staff wise

This was my second attempt at shop on line pick up in store, it sucks. You wait on the same line with all the other customer service issues then after responding to the text they sent me to hit A when your here & In if your picking up inside I still waited 20 minutes. I Don't recommend that service at all.
