If I could give this a negative star review I would. Went to order at the snack bar after shopping. There is a lady standing right there next to a digital device that looks like where they take your credit card. I went to order and she said asked me if I had ordered on the app. I responded no. She said she could not take my money or credit card in order to order something at the snack bar. Totally ridiculous and stupid. I hope whatever experiment this is fails 1000 times over. Totally ludacris to have people standing right there that you can’t pay so they can’t get your food. Why in the world are they standing there? This is a stupid and ignoramus idea from Sam’s Club. Do better Sam’s.

Generally, I love Sam’s Club but... Will someone please explain this logic to me. Yesterday I was in Sam’s Club. As I usually do, brought in a cart from the parking lot after wiping down the push bar. I had a totally uneventful visit, picking up the 8-10 items that I needed, and went to the self checkout. Leaving the items in the cart, I turned the bar codes up, scanned them, and paid with a card. A clerk approached me and proceeded to inform me that for Covid safety procedures, I now had to move my items over to a different cart that had just been sanitized. Really? I’ve just pushed that cart through the store, and now you want to “sanitize” it so I can push it out into the parking lot? Who mandates this stuff?

They now accept Visa and MasterCard as a payment! It helps when combined with my SNAP(EBT) benefits card if I go over a bit. They now have Scan and Go app for quicker shopping-no lines- check it out!

It's Very busy on the weekends, but the employees really know how to move the lines along. Great value for your Buck on name-brand items. I love the designer clothing also. Instant savings are 👍🏼!
