It’s always super busy and the customers seem to think they’re the only order in the WHOLE world but somehow the baristas handle it well. I witnessed a lady hassling one of the baristas about her drink (I think the barista was named Marcia) so much that it irritated me but the barista stayed calm even saying “Yes,ma’am.”
Could never be me,I would’ve thrown her drink in her face.

Anthony went above & beyond to ensure our beverages were perfection. Having multiple allergies, Anthony ensured that the cleanliness & proper protocals were put in place, including communication with surrounding employees. This Starbucks has very friendly staff, always smiling.

My gobto place when I'm visiting family in Beacon. There's this hot redhead staff member there. That is as yummy as my caramel makiatto coffee.

Dude spilled drink into my car and on me and down my sleeve. Laughed and then asked if I needed a napkin. Obviously! Proceeds to hand me like 2. Such a joke

Always have a good experience here.
Don't typically go to this location, but will start to. The staff was friendly, The location appeared to be cleaner than most. The only snafu was that my iced tea didn't taste right. Not sure if it was the ice, water, or concentrated tea, but the staff gave no issue with replacing the beverage.

I visit this Starbucks 6 out of the 7 days in the week. I don’t mind paying the higher cost to get a coffee here instead of a Dunkin because I genuinely feel you pay for the customer service you receive. 90% of the time the customer service is great but when the employee has my order hanging out the windows I drive up and just says “here you go” in a condescending/irritated voice for each item I ordered it definitely doesn’t start my day off how I expected. Or when I pull up to let them know I’m here to pick up my mobile order and they state “I see you ordered that 3 minutes ago so we’re working on it.” I’m not sure what that clearly annoyed comment accomplishes when the app says ready in 3-6 minutes. Should I place it sooner or be able to predict how many cars will be in the drive thru? I understand if I was a rude customer and acted in a rush, then yes I would also point the my time out as well, but i am not that customer.

They excel at taking the “customer service” out of “customer service”. They didn’t listen while taking orders that were basic, and messed them up. Ok, np, but when we ask them to correct the error, we were inconveniencing them and they made us know it. Then, after trying to put up with their stellar personalities, they continued to not listen again when trying to correct the messed up drinks. The worst part is they quickly offered a free drink as if they knew they stunk. Here’s a novel thought, save the free drink and get the order right at the beginning. And throw in a smile once in a while.
