Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order 2 drinks. I was met with such a pleasant voice from the microphone. Kiki introduced herself, and made recommendations to my order. When I drove up to the window she greeted me with a smile. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and great customer service.

I literally come here 3 or 4 mornings a week sometimes twice and I get the worst looks from staff. Meanwhile everyone else gets a really happy WELCOME! It's not that serious, but when my boyfriend gets cookies everyday he's greated VERY warmly and even by his 1st name! I dont even get my order called out it just gets slammed on the counter with the label facing out. I work overnights so the last thing I'm trying to deal with when I'm trying to wind down after work is some baristas attitude for what? It's getting cold and it is raining right this second or I wouldnt even be sitting in here, it's that uncomfortable.

I ordered just a venti dark roast and didn't realize they'd overfilled it to the point where the first bump I hit spilled it EVERYWHERE in my rental truck for work (it's even a newer truck with barely 1,500 miles on it). Every time I'm at this shop I always have this issue. The lids are crap and melt with enough heat so it never seals right. I had to dump about 1/4 of it in a parking lot and throw the lid.
Stop overfilling the cups!

Ordered an iced pumpkin chai latte at the drive through. Worker handed me a drink that was dark brown. I asked if it was a chai latte because I have never seen it this color before. She said yes so I drove away. I tasted it and it was definitely not what I ordered. I had to go inside and ask her to remake it. She was polite about it but I could tell she was talking/laughing to someone on her phone. Maybe if she was paying attention she would have made my drink correctly the first time or even when I asked her if it was correct. It was before 6am on a Saturday so they weren't even busy. Will think twice before coming back to this location. Picture of what she first gave me, then the correct drink.

It’s always super busy and the customers seem to think they’re the only order in the WHOLE world but somehow the baristas handle it well. I witnessed a lady hassling one of the baristas about her drink (I think the barista was named Marcia) so much that it irritated me but the barista stayed calm even saying “Yes,ma’am.” Could never be me,I would’ve thrown her drink in her face.
