I ordered 8 BURRITOS and it took 4 employees 30 minutes to make it. The manager sat and ate his lunch before responding to my request for my money back. Seems like it's a place for people to hang out and get paid. Not work and get paid.....

Austin and Stephanie the worst managers, very unprofessional was told by “Stephanie” to go pick up a mobile order that I placed incorrectly made me drive all the way here for them not to place the order don’t come here they are terrible and not customer orientated

10 minutes for a soda to be made (online exclusive) and another 10 standing at the counter, staring my my order. They asked me, i did i was here to pick up and they walked away to do more orders... whats the point of going cashierless if your not even going to give people their order 20+ monutes later
Absolutely awful, their drive thru menu is broken and you don’t realize it until other cars are behind you so you can’t escape. They messed up my order and when I checked the bag and the receipt the receipt was correct but the items were not. They made me repeat myself four times but wouldn’t take the bag back to confirm. I finally got so frustrated I left. Never coming back to this location again it’s always something.

Gotta love how they refuse to take an order at the register and tell you to use the computer to order even if it's cash and then they walk away and never collect your money make you wait a half hour before they take payment and then tell you another 10 to 15 mins for you food simply the worst place ever

The food was decent 👌 what would have made my chicken Q better the cheese could have been melted. I went through the drive through. The young lady was very pleasant.
New promo for chicken nuggets and fries. Chicken nuggets overcooked, beef champagne supreme was overly soggy as if it was sitting around and same for soft taco.
